Clean,nice and quite and close enough to everything

this place is walking distance from old town, but next to area where new houses arebeing built. Very noisy already at 7:00 am. Although we xommunicated our arriv time with host and confirmed we arrived, she was not there. After several times of messaging she called and talked us through by phone how everything worked. Also tax we could only pat in cash. Very unpractical entrance to bathroom.

Great stay. Very nice and accommodating staff. About a 20-30 min walk from the train and city center. Unfortunate that there was no hot water at the time of visiting. Couldn't find the washing machine.

Very nice place! And good attention

The apartment was spacious (more than we expected) and reasonable close to town, but not very clean and missing a lot in comfort and warmth. The rooms were strangely organised (with a desk and two desk chairs in the main bedroom, leaving little space for much else), half the lamps didn't work and some electric sockets seemed to be coming out of the wall - and I wouldn't go there with kids. Overall, it felt like the place was not well looked after and a bit abandoned.

The apartment was wonderful and spacious and modern. The staff were great. It was a delight to stay there. It was a 20 min walk to the Old Town.

The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped (with cooking utensil, and microwaves etc). It's 10-15mins walk from the train station and there are restaurants nearby. Free off-road parking is a bonus! The hotel is located in the residential area which is quite quiet. Free WiFi. There's no reception or contact info at the front door, you will need to somehow contact someone to let you in. (And there's no info on Hotels.com on such, only thing mentioned is that you can check in from 5pm)

We had a very spacious, clean, and attractive apartment that was upgraded from one bedroom to two because it was available for our two night stay. We had to call the agency before arriving as there is no manned desk; but Sylvia met us promptly and checked us in quickly. We have limited French but Slyvia was very competent with English and very cordial. The queen bed was a little soft for our taste but the twins worked fine. We used the very well stocked kitchen en suite and the free laundry downstairs. The neighborhood is a bit quiet and out of the way, though only a 15 minute walk to excellent shopping and the train station. We did not use the free garage.

It was a convenient hotel not too far from old town. Spacious. The man who welcomed us was very helpful. It was very hot when we stayed and the fact that there was no air conditioning bothered my husband but nit the rest of the family as nights are cooler.

Very good apartment, just a little further away from the town centre than we would have liked, however it was walkable (even with 2 young children!).

Notre attente était bien

Établissement sans ascenseur et sans place de parking libre. Odeur de renfermé lorsque l’on rentre dans l’appartement. Meuble télé qui à l’origine était blanc mais sont couleur crème et abîmé. Toilettes qui ne tient pas et sale. Literie pas du tout confortable. Travaux à côté des 7h du matin, je ne recommande pas l’établissement .

Bon appartement, spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Parking privatif apprécié.

Gîte assez bien situé pour accéder à pied à Annecy, en revanche, il y fait vite très chaud et la proximité de la rocade empêche d'ouvrir les fenêtres à une heure décente pour dormir. L'hébergement est assez bien équipé, cependant le frigo est bien trop froid et il manque un tire-bouchon dans les couverts. Le logement est spacieux.

Location proche du centre ville calme et propre

Für eine Nacht vollkommen ok. Bad mit kleiner Badewanne. Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank und Herd. Kaffeemaschine auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist in einem ehemaligen Indistriegebiet. In die Altstadt zu Fuß etwa 25 - 30 Minuten.
