Their heated pool was awesome. It was a nice experience spent there.

wonderful hot tub adn sauna

The outdoor spa and sauna are the best. Room was comfortable and clean. We were supposed to receive two free drinks as silver hotels.com vip status but it wasn’t offered. I brought it up upon departure and we were offered something in lieu. We got cheese. lol Otherwise a good stay.

Wonderful hotel. Such a hidden gem. Close to highways and convenient location. We took advantage of the breakfast smoothies and the drink vouchers as well!

Jai oublié 2 chandailles blanc jeudi le 9 octobre. Au téléphone j’ai été confirmé qu’ils ont été trouvé, et qu’ils seraient à la réception. Je leur ai confirmer que je serai là le 26 octobre car javais déjà réserver et toujours la même chambre 129. À mon arrivée le 26 j'ai demandé pour mes gilets et jai eu comme réponse (quelqu’un la retourné en bas car souvent les gens ne reviennent pas le récupérer). Je suis tres déçue, je l'avait dupuis 2 mois seulement. Je me demande si un employee la récupérer en pensant que je viendrait pas le chercher. Je suis une cliente régulière, vous risquez de me perdre comme cliente. Merci pour l'importance que vous attribuez à ce commentaire. Ginette LB

Wow a Little gem in Gatineau area ! Wonderful staff! Restaurant Rumeur is amazing and so a and spa is excellent features ! Would go back in a flash !

Other than the bathroom (shower was old school), room was great. Bed and pillows were comfy. Hotel was full, yet it was calm. Spa was ok - hot tub and fire pit. No breakfast options
