It was my first stay at Hotel Kyocera for my visit my home town from USA Hotel was so clean and wide room compared with hotels in Tokyo and with Onsen is additional credit as an Japanese Staff was so friendly and felt how good Japanese OMOTENASHI, Thank you !

Do not go there! Staff are very unprofessional and inefficient. Staff was watching their cell phones and ignoring us instead of serving customers in the restaurant. People behind main desk confirmed us the taxi reservation the day before our departure to the airport. At 5am the following morning, we find out there were no taxi and neither no bus or train available to the airport! We missed our flight to Tokyo and our connection to Canada that day! The staff didn’t do anything to help or fix the problem they created. Nobody apologized. It was my worst hotel experience in 20 years of travelling. A place to AVOID completely.

The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. I also had breakfast at the restaurant. This was my first time staying at the hotel. I was very impressed.

Checking in and out was easy. They had someone to help you push your luggage to your room. If you love nature, the river next to the hotel has many birds. It was good to walk around that area too. The restaurant next to it has nice food too.

Everything was perfect! Had one of the most enjoyable stays so far. The staffs were friendly and knowledgeable, and able to communicate well in English. The room was clean, comfy and spacious with the facilities look very well-maintained.

The hotel was beautifully presented, had fantastic facilities and the staff were very professional. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very helpful staff. The restaurant says it should be open until 930pm, but was never open past 730pm.

朝食は1500円と高価だが、豊富な種類のおかずと野菜、デザート等揃っている。昼、夜の食事もあるが、高価。宿泊のロケーションとしては、なかなかに良いと思う。

This hotel is clean and nice to stay to go around Kirishima.

The main building room is spacious, but the facility is a little bit old. Restaurants close too early.

Easy to find, smooth check-in, room was in the main building, clean room, nice water pressure. Wish the hotel would offer complimentary early check-in instead of charging me a fee. It was either low season or hotel occupancy was very low, so figure they could waive the fee. TV channels only in Japanese

It was a great stay. Spacious hotel with many facilities. Breakfast with many choices and was delicious. We rented bicycles and traveled in the vicinity, which was convenient. Staff service also very good! The Japanese restaurant was delicious too!
