Getting access to the apartment was a huge issue. When I rented it, they said I would get my access code and the apartment number a week before arriving. I started asking for it by email about that time, finally got one response that they would send my access code 24 hours in advance. I finally got it less than 24 hours in advance, barely before I left home in the U.S. Then upon arrival the access code did not work. Thanks to Expedia whom I contacted earlier, there was an alternate check-in point I could go to. I went there and they gave me a new access code which also didn't work on the outer door. That evening, I could only get into the apartment when another residence was leaving, in fact two residents because of the outer door and an inner door. At least at my own unit the original code did work. The company had provided a telephone number both by email and at the outside door , with the telephone number that they never answered , although I tried repeatedly . By email I finally got a code that worked on my second day there. The apartment itself was very nice, with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. But I will never ever rent an apartment without a front desk again.

The apartment Was very nice, in a good location. There is parking but it's a public car park at £25 per 24 hours I'm not sure why the owner was asking for 90€ again after we paid already! We refused to pay again then he left..

The apartment was extremely spacious for the 6 of us. We appreciated that we were supplied with plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and washing detergent (clothes and dishes). The apartment was also kept very clean. The only thing that was disappointing was the distance from the office to the hotel. While only a 7 minute walk, we had 6 pieces of luggage and 2 elderly people and 2 children. It would have been great if we could have met at the apartment to check in.

To check in you need to drag your bag 8 mins from the reception to the hotel location. Upon entering you would feel the hotel seems to be dodgy as it was quite dark and the condition of the hotel was quite old.

Fantastic location next to the Rudolfinium (which has underground parking), with a 5~10 minute walk to the city centre, though that does mean the odd loud person at night. Apartment was very spacious, with high ceilings, and a very nice lounge area for eating. It suited a group of 5 people perfectly. Going to the reception (which is not on-site) with heavy luggage can be a bit bothersome.

Convenient location right in front of a TRAM stop and Subway station Staroměstská is just around the corner of the street. Convenience Store Zabka is just further down the road of the subway station. Newly renovated and equipped with all essentials, with elevator installed (have to walk 1/2 floor to get to elevator though). 5-10 min. walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square.

The apartment is in a great location, clean, and with excellent staff. It is within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. My only negative is that the elevator, which is central to the apartments, is very loud. It makes a deep vibrating, rumbling noise. The noise is so loud that it kept me up all night as people were up and down it all hours. If you are a deep sleeper this probably won't bother you, but as a light sleeper it kept me up.

Spacious apartment in ideal location for exploring city. Beside Metro and tram stops. No air-conditioning but several fans provided. It's on a busy street so noisy with trams and party goers. Curtains are not 'black out' so it gets too bright early in the morning. We did not get a good nights sleep.

Large apartments in the Centre of Prague in a historical building - moments from Charles bridge and Old Town square. There was no air conditioner in the room, and as there is a busy road - leaving windows opened wasn't an option. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Good location. Friendly staff. Very big with two bedrooms and bathrooms. No air conditioning, and it was very hot in July. Noisy area to keep windows open. There were two fans though. Elevator did not work when we arrived with our luggage and it does not go to ground level. One bathroon smelled awful.

We fell in love with the Art House from the moment we saw the beautiful door on the entry of the building. Every room in our apartment featured high ceilings, beautiful wood and artwork. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics (dishes, pans). There is a washing machine but be advised that there is no dryer. There is no a/c but large windows plus fans provide some air circulation. Best of all, the reservation staff was above-and-beyond helpful. They even checked in with us before we arrived and arranged transport for us from the train station. A representative met us at the apartment to go over all the amenities and even helped us with bags (there is an elevator in the building we were in but you have to go up some stairs to reach it). We thought we had left our rail passes in the room when we checked out, and I emailed the reservation center to ask them to check for us. They did and responded right away! So appreciate their helpfulness at every turn. Checkout was super easy: just leave the keys on the table. A nice guide to local sites and recommended spots was provided and helpful. Be advised that it's in a lively part of town. Apartment is reasonably quiet with the windows closed. With the windows open, you'll hear the sounds of the city. Lovely space! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.
