Hotel is old but served its purpose. We were on the 5th floor facing the street at first and the vehicles didn’t let us sleep. In the morning the construction started right on top of our room. Went and asked for a different room and they switched us right away. The other room was better.

Everything was perfect. No complains

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The customer service is great but the room is not. I love the location on the hotel because it’s close to the cathedral but it is also a bloom away from a house of prostitution. The rooms were smelly and not clean. We had blood stain on my sheets and I had to call to get them replaced, I wish I could have changed hotels but I don’t know the area. The showers were not clean, there was mold. Please stay somewhere else, I know it’s cheap but not worth it. For next time I will stay at a nicer hotel even if it’s further I rather pay for parking everytime I go to the cathedral and museums.

Friendly, clean. The best part was that I could have my family of six together in one suite. I loved it!!

Is on the main street and is very loud unable to sleep and it seems like they do it on purpose by giving you a room on the 1st floor and the carpets are very dirty

Great location Internet was horrible i think i was far from router in room. If you don't remove DND by noon you get no service, i was there 5 nights only had service 1 time. I will stay again but request a room with wifi signal strenth.

Property needs remodeling and beds are very uncomfortable. Service at the restaurant should be better. Front desk was very helpful and nice.

Toilet had stains. Housekeeping could be better.

Staff was amazing. Lobby and bar are fine and clean. Room though, falling apart. Paint peeling, mismatched painting and holea filler but not painted, noisy a/c that also didnt cool very well, bulb blown in bathroom. They just need some maintenance team there.

Love the location. Clean rooms, clean hallways. Breakfast buffet is not included in the nightly rate. Buffet is 8/10 due to presentation of some of the food choices, otherwise service was great, quiet rooms, comfy beds. Highly recommend

There were bugs on one of the rooms, and with another room it didnt have hot water the first day

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel to Mexico often. I even checked out two days earlier than expected and went somewhere else. Pictures do not match what hotel actually looks like.
