The room was very well appointed, extremely clean. The room was very quiet, we couldn’t hear anyone in the adjoining rooms. I was disappointed with check-in, the front desk clerk was tied up on the phone with a difficult customer for far too long while I waited to check in. Once he was off the phone he was very efficient and friendly. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant as we had to leave early. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Amazing giant rooms, love the fully stocked kitchens, the jetted tubs are fabulous. Comfortable beds and furniture, really nice toiletries. Also enjoyed the coffee maker in the lobby that’s complimentary for guests to use. Overall super impressed and we will definitely be back!!

Nice stay

Crown Isle always has phenomenal customer services; a variety of rooms from hotel rooms regular rooms to quaint beautiful cottages; the housekeeping staff does an amazing and thorough job with the cleanliness and presentation of the room upon arrival. We don’t stay anywhere else in the Comox Valley when everything from a massage therapist, to golf, to delicious food in the Timber Room. Highly recommended!

Amazing resort! Crown Isle is our favourite resort! My partner and I stay here every year and everytime we are so impressed with the amazing service of the staff! The suites are beautiful and clean, the restaurant is amazing! Super friendly restaurant staff and the food is delicious! Definitely a 5 star resort! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was very clean. It was a nice large suite. The bed was very comfortable. It had everything that you need. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I do wish there were more movie choices on the TV. Also, the fireplace was a bit of a pain. It would be SO much better if it had a switch on the wall or a remote start. Something easy. Fiddling with the thermostat to get it to a temperature where the fireplace would come on was a bit frustrating.
