Great place to stay!

This space was beautiful! Had everything we needed! And it was so quiet! We had the best sleep on a very comfortable bed!

Short stay things were good

First time staying here and won’t be the last. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We had a couple of issues crop up that were speedily handled. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Very peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful cottage

The Crown Isle Resort is our favorite place to stay in Courtenay. No matter which room we stay in we are always so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of our accommodations. Staff are friendly and always go out of their way to be sure we are taken care of.

Hot tub was good, wish the pump was not so loud, especially from adjacent rooms Wonderful ambiance on the patio, quiet, peaceful

Staff were very responsive. Hot tub is good enough, wish you couldn’t hear the pumps from adjacent rooms, but that’s a tough one to solve Wonderful location and ambiance

Had to drive four blocks to find where the reception is because there was no sign to say where reception was anywhere! Then I sign a form to pay $30 resort fee thatdidn’t apply. I booked through Expedia, which the fee, butI had to sign the form anyway. This made no sense at all and they said it was their standard procedure

Funny smell in the room

Check in staff was amazing. The room was beyond our expectations. We will book here again!

Staff was excellent all around. We needed to move due to noisy neighbours and we were re-accommodated quickly to an even more beautiful lodging.

Clean room, beds weren’t that comfortable, feel old and need new mattresses. Biggest issue was the water heat. Had a jacuzzi tub in bedroom and wouldn’t get hot enough to have a solid bath. Notified the front desk a couple times and got a sorry that’s all it is. The rooms have their own water heaters… a couple thermostat adjustments and people could enjoy their bath

Vending machine was not working…

Hotel bar? I couldn't say, and there was no mini-bar in the room. Very clean, very friendly and helpful

The rooms and overall property are showing their age. Rooms need updating, especially with a tiny TV, small desk, small bathroom and only AC for cooling the room is a noisy portable unit. The bed though is very comfortable and it is nice and quiet. Staff are very responsive.
