I paid more for a lake view and got a view of the parking lot 😞 nothing was done when I asked about it-way overpriced for what you get!! The pool area was nice

Fantastic hotel with brilliant facilities. We came on a particularly warm day and could have done with air conditioning, but other than that we couldn't fault the hotel. When the renovation works are complete (I never once heard the builders working though), this hotel will be amazing.

The pool and sauna are amazing and the view fom those two is great.

Great stay from arrival to departure. Clean and modern room (stayed in a junior loft in the new wing). Sky spa is great, breakfast is very good and for the most part the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Great service!

Had the perfect stay -- three quiet nights in a room with a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The bed was comfortable, not too hard or soft. The room was cleaned and vacuumed every day. Great breakfast buffet included in the price - don't miss out! I would definitely stay here again even though it's a bit of a winding drive off the main road.

I was in one of the old rooms which are totally different to the new ones (which are much more expensive). I had to ask twice for the maid to clean under the bed which had various items from a previous occupant underneath! The spa is great, fabulous views & not too busy when I went early evenings. The restaurant is good but expensive. Great choice for breakfast. I used a free bike to cycle around the lake but it did need new brakes!

The hotel is quiet and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nearby area the lake is beautiful and plenty of places to walk around.

The stay could have been better ,when we arrived the lift wasn't working so we were shown up three flights of stairs with our suitcases only to find the room we had been allocated was occupied , off we went back down to reception we were then given a ground floor room which in itself was ok but it was connected to corroder leading to the new building extension so we were at the edge of the building works , the free Wi-Fi is very limited within the hotel our room hardly received at all and it is not available in the restaurant ,the car park is dusty and was full of builders vans from 8.30 am- 4.00pm . On the plus side the staff were always friendly some speaking English better than others ,the food in the restaurant was tasty and nicely presented and when the new complex is finished it will enhance the existing hotel building

Zimmer waren super! Außer dem klemmenden elektrischen Vorhang. Essen und Frühstück perfekt und Personal extrem freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Frühstück war fantastisch!

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wer sich jedoch diese Glasschiebetüren fürs Klo ausdenkt…

Das Zimmer war hervorragend mit Blick auf den See. Das Ambiente, der Service bis hin zum SPA Bereich, es war alles große Klasse! Der einzige Makel war, dass einige Geräte und ekne Dusche im SPA nicht funktionierten. Aber das war nachrangig und tat dem Gazänzem keinen Abbruch.

Das Zimmer war phantastisch, das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch das Restaurant war einmalig und das Essen grandios. Lediglich eine etwas bessere Beschilderung der Räumlichkeiten wäre sinnvoll. Ansonsten war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert!!!
