Nice stay. Clean room. Comfortable bed. No issues.

Great place to stay! Nice area,20 minute drive from downtown St. Louis. Clean overall, great complimentary breakfast which is a plus when traveling with little ones. Parking was amazing as it has underground parking,Great on a hot day. The only downside was that I was looking forward to the mall that was unfortunately demolished prior to my visit which was right next to it. 7/4/25.

It was a great stay for our family vacation. We were able to get on the expressway fairly easy and get to our chosen activities with no issues.The front doors are at the back of the property and not the front. The staff was great and answered questions with a smile. Cleaning staff was awesome and kept our room refreshed. There is an outside pool that my children saw but said it was closed but I didn't go down to check as they had an indoor pool available for use. Breakfast was standard fair. Overall, a great stay.

I stayed here for five days while on vacation, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The lobby felt really clean and welcoming as soon as I walked in, and everyone at the front desk was super friendly and helpful right away. My room was spotless and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I felt really safe and cozy the entire time, which isn’t always the case when you’re staying somewhere new. I also really liked the layout of the room – it just made sense and felt easy to settle into. I went down for breakfast each morning and it was always clean and well organized. The food was delicious, but I have to say – the coffee was amazing. Like, genuinely really good coffee. That was such a nice way to start each day. Housekeeping came every day while I was there and did a great job. They made the bed, cleared out the garbage, and kept everything feeling fresh. The woman in charge of housekeeping was so friendly too, which just added to the positive vibe. Another thing I appreciated was that they had an outdoor area where I could walk my dog. Traveling with a dog can be stressful, but this hotel made it easy. Overall, I didn’t have a single issue during my stay, which says a lot. If you’re thinking about staying here, I’d definitely recommend it. I know I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in the area.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was nice and bed was comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town to celebrate a family members accomplishments that lives nearby. We picked the perfect place. Great, newer, clean comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, indoor pool, fitness center, free breakfast, free covered underground parking, great location near shopping, attractions, restaurants etc. Plus I'm a member so I believe I earned points for my stay and would gladly stay again when travels bring me to the area.

The staff at the Hyatt of Chesterfield are absolutely wonderful. I stay often for work, and sometimes the bookings are weird or I get in late --- whatever it is? They make it work. The breakfast is great. And everyone works as a team to get stuff done - great hotel!

My daughter and I had a great stay. The staff and room were excellent. I had the breakfast and it was what I needed to keep me going as I waited for my daughter in surgery. It was also conveniently located.

Arrival and che k in were great. The floor in the shower was hard for me. The feeling of the old tile and you could tell its hard to clean. But the room was very clean. LOVE the couch in the room. It made it feel more homey. The room wasnt a far walk from the elevator. Breakfast was ok bjt nothing to write home about. There isnt much to do around this hotel but there is with a short 20-30 min drive.

Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price.
