Went here for a business trip and the hotel smells so good! I even asked the receptionist what their essential oil was. The food is varied and as someone who is restricted to Halal food, I am thankful that this hotel provides information clearly. The luggage service is also superb; you can just wait in your room and the staff will directly deliver your bags. You can also do early check-out and drop your luggage there and go visit the city and later come back to the hotel to retrieve your belongings. I hope I can bring my family on my next visit!

A nice place to stay for colleges and family trip!

The breakfast buffet was good. There was a good variety of food. The restaurant in front of the hotel was delicious. The ingredients were very good and the price was not expensive. The staff here provided excellent service in every department. I really liked it. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I am a repeat customer of this hotel. The location is fantastic and family friendly. Near sizeable malls with lots of food and standard clothing, Knick-knacks, and grocery stores, it is super convenient to stay here. As it is near a university, there are many cafes and restaurants around selling affordable food. Great for a quieter getaway still in the middle of the city. The rooms are also comfortable and the shower is strong, soap good, hair dryer good. If I had to name a drawback it is that there isn’t much of a view from the rooms here. But it is okay because the TV is big and easy to use.

The location is quite strategic. Near mrt samyan station. Near to MBK (15 minutes walk), Seven Eleven is also nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable hotel lobby. The hotel room is also very comfortable and clean. Thank you for your service.

The room is spacious, with a nice bidet closet. The breakfast was monotone, with the same menu for three consecutive days. Even though the location is a bit far from the downtown where people shop, the hotel is just 500 meters from the MRT station, so we can travel easily to Siam Paragon and Jodd Fairs, the two most attended spots in Bangkok. The swimming pool is open from 06:00-22:00. I suggest you purchase a Premier Room as they provide a free minibar.

The bathroom was dirty, with stains and black mold all over the shower screen.

Hotel room nice clean but the service is not polite, and not flexible. We paid breakfast but due to we have late follow hotel city tour, the waiters not friendly and not give us take away breakfast.
