This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi.

We had rain during our summer stay and were more than content lounging in the pool and spa. This place delivers class from the moment you walk in.

It was nice, but not 5 star in terms of sleep quality or service. Looks grand though. Not worth the cost and wouldnt recommend, unless money is no object and you don’t mind what you get for the cost. Small/Simple changes could make it great.

Amazing Deluxe Suite! We have been with my dog and the Hotel was absolutely pet friendly with also a Pets Menu in the room ! Very nice and relaxing SPA area, swimming pool outdoor/indoor for adults only from 7pm as well. Only negative note is on the view from our room that was not so great since we were at first floor only and with the mountains mostly covered by the building in front of the balcony.

This is the best resort in Switzerland. I adored our time spent there.

A very luxurious hotel with incredible views, restaurants and amenities! I love the indoor and outdoor pools and especially the hydrotherapy room. Highly recommended.

World class resort. Will be returning. Only complaint is the change to an Omakase only menu for The Japanese Restaurant, and the room above the underground parking was quite noisy with cars and bikes. There were plenty of vacant rooms, it would have been nice to stay on a quieter side.

What a luxurious, friendly and well equipped hotel. We couldn’t recommend it more highly - from the moment we arrived to check in we knew we had made the right decision. Every detail in this hotel is meticulous and beautiful. The room is very spacious and relaxing. The spa looks a little bit like a Japanese temple. In general the hotel design is heavily influenced by Japanese culture which I find to be gorgeous. The service is also impeccable. We are vegan and the staff helped us find many wonderful options for us to eat. They even made me a vegan cake for my birthday. The surrounding of the hotel had many beautiful places to explore. I highly recommend the hotel

It was a great experience for my family and I. The staff were very friend and paid attention to all details. The hotel room was very pretty and cozy. Lot’s of excellent amenities to choose from. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location for summer or winter vacation. Well organised accommodation, plenty of room and facilities second to none. Staff very helpful and approachable.

Been going to the chedi in andermatt since 2018 and it’s always been one of our favourite holiday hotels. Great service and great property. You pay for what you get here. You pay a lot and get a lot :)

Very disappointed that very few advertised items - like fireplace, tea and coffee and tv and stereo never worked during during our stay
