The rooms are immaculate and spacious. Staff are friendly and always courteous

The staff declined to change the room unless additional payment was made, which was requested by an employee named Amin. Despite this, the room remained different from our original booking. Additionally, there was no open buffet available for breakfast. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not consider staying here again.”

The whole slay was excellent, but exemplified by the entire team of outstanding staff. They were all extremely helpful, professional and kind.

Great room but was soo hot that we couldn’t sleep at night. AC didn’t work and no phone in room. Only stayed one night so didn’t make a fiss

Very Average hotel, not good and not bad. The guys aren’t briefed it’s an Expedia VIP hotel, an Expedia traveler is a standard traveler for them. Restaurant service is very average, you need to ask and re-ask again the staff in order to get the service.
