Location and cleanliness were the highlights.

Hotel is at a great location with nice restaurants, a river and places to visit in walking distance nearby. Hotel staff are great and place is very well maintained.

Perfect 5 stars for accommodating our whole family so well! I also realize we were there on the hottest day, but there is not AC that we could find in the room, just fans. Also, we saw laundry on the listing, but they don't have a laundry facility on site, they can just do it for you within 2 days. Nothing dropped my rating, just helping future bookings. The business center was helpful to take calls and have a place to escape to!

This was a quiet, clean and very enjoyable place to stay. We had a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to walk to the main attractions and railway station. I would recommend this hotel and is particularly suited to couples.

My friends and I stayed in the 1st floor family room. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the old town. The mattresses were on the softer side, which I didn't mind but some of my other friends were concerned about accidentally rolling off the bed. Our one complaint was that the internet was spotty at best in our room, but it wasn't too much of a problem since we were out during most of the day.

Firstly and most importantly, the staff are lovely and helpful. The location is excellent for walking or public transport, with several stations nearby you can’t go wrong. The hotel is small, so make sure you have some breakfast plans elsewhere, it aside from that, perfect size, excellent location and definitely staffed with friendly folks.

We where pleased with our doubleroom superiore, lots of space and a bathroom very clean and with lots of space - a shelf for our toiletthings would be an improvement. We were very pleased with staying at a hotel rigth in the center of Berlin, and yet in a quiet area with great history. The receptionist were very helpfull all day, so in all we had a very nice stay which fully was living up to our expectations
