Everyone was nice, place was clean but the only thing is that there is no elevator if you have no luggage is fine but if you do is annoying. They did make security help me which is nice but I felt like I needed to tip him (no issues with that, he was helpful, polite and nice) is just the fact of feeling that you have to do (he insisted it was not necessary tho) :)

Cuartos limpios, desayuno rico, tranquilo de ruido. Súper recomendado.

Nunca se limpió el piso en el tiempo que estuvimos ahí, cuando llegamos estaba super polvoso, hicieron limpieza y siguió lleno de polvo. La verdad tampoco recomendamos desayunar ahí, tardaron mucho, nos salió pelusa en la granola, el jugo sabía a agua de naranja y no a jugo… La verdad es que consideramos que hay partes que están descuidando

Beside the strong smell of the area one of the days we stayed, there were workers in the parking area right outside our room and I cached one of them looking through my window during day time when I was inside, even tho i was scare i opened the door and he immediately apologized telling me that “he though that the room was empty because the ac was on" , so I felt kind of unsafe.

The window didn’t have a lock and there wasn’t anyone to repair it until it until next day. I requested more towels, but they never came so I had to walk to the office to get them.

Everything was great except for some other guests that were outside and being very loud and upto about 4am. We have stayed here a few times, and this is the first time that we had anything to complain about. Other than that this is a great place to stay.

Hotel is in the middle of an industrial area. Safe enough but hard to get there out of business times. No public transportation available

Our stay was great, breakfast service was the best and our waiter “Emiliano Garcia” very attentive to our needs thank you will consider staying again .
