Very clean Great views Will come back

I felt like I was at home. It was a very nice and clean place to stay. It was also very spacious.

Last minute booking, late check-in was easy with a lockbox and the beds were comfy.

At waterfront with beautiful view. No negatives.

Quiet, great location, clean and spacious bedrooms. Strange tv set up facing entrance door and uncomfortable sofa. Washer but no dryer. Parking narrow, suggest prune back bushes at both ends so as not to scratch vehicle.

The hotel had cockroach in the kitchen

Property was comfortable, located reasonable walking distance from the main town of Tauranga. However, internet was very patchy during our stay, and beach wise not much access to speak about.

Lovely upstairs room. Really lovely staff. The room was beautifully appointed with a nice view and comfortable amount of space. Everything I needed was there and easy walk to Cameron and the nearby reserve. Only gripe is the thin walls/floor allowed a lot of noise from the Neighbour's through.
