Very nice hotel. Right across the street from the beach and in a great location along the beach broadwalk. Plenty to do around the hotel. Lots of nightlife within walking distance. Very nice pool area with a small bar and food available. Bar prices were very reasonable. My biggest problem with the hotel is the air conditioning. The temperature outside was only 27C-29C while we were there, however the room temperature we could only lower to approximately 21C-22C with the air conditioning on high continuously. We asked the hotel about this and they said that is the way all the rooms are.

Great Stay, lovely sized room, The hallway water dispenser was a good idea. Nice pool area and lovely beach views, We didn’t eat here so cannot comment on that, But we had a lovely spacious suite at the end of the hotel so had clear views of the beach.. mega park was next door, but with the balcony doors shut you couldn’t hear any noise.

The property and the staff was amazing! Even the area it is just across the street from the beach. The beach was stunning! Only thing is your in party central. If you wanted more relaxing wouldn’t be the best hotel for you. But still quite enough for sleep. We had an amazing time.

I was worried this might be full of stag dos but it wasn’t. It was mainly couples. Hotel is fantastic and very chilled. The only downside was the beds. Two singles pushed together but move really easily so woke up in a different part of the room lol.

I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality. However this was the case for me, so checking in, booking excursions, recommendations for places to eat out, directions, booking taxis, holding my luggage after check out, any additional requests etc etc were all made easier by having such a client focused dedicated front desk. Thank you again to German and Daniel. Also huge credit to the cleaning staff who made my room so presentable and such a huge pleasure to return to each day. Other services such as pool, restaurant, sauna, gym, having a beach front view were such a delight to enjoy too. I would certainly recommend this hotel to any one visiting Palma De Mallorca. Richard

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Mariano from the front desk who solved every little thing we requested with a smile and fast. I would absolutely recommend this hotel especially if you like the party scene that Mega Park provides.

The property was totally fine but the outside beach was very dirty and not well kept.

Great staff - the housekeeper was stellar. The servers were kind and attentive. Pilar was kind and did an excellent job in surprising my husband for his birthday. The cake was fabulous and the prosecco was nice too. Honestly, the only down was the kids partying all night around the hotel, but this is not in the hotel's control. Would recommend the hotel for sure!

The staff are exceptionally good, they are so helpful and friendly and it's totally chilled within the hotel and pool area. However, the general area outside is a party area, with many many groups of young people who tend to be very noisy, although no trouble. The rooms are well designed that they are totally noise-proof and therefore quiet for sleeping.

Love the hotel peaceful atmosphere. All the staff were so helpful and kind. Even though a large nightclub was close by this wasn’t allowed to be a problem to the guests all issues had been covered to ensure we were not disturbed. All in all a very pleasant stay with good food ; friendly staff and a jacuzzi bath !!!😊😊

The indoor pool and the sauna are great if you travel in March. We loved the buffet breakfast and dinner - very friendly waiters and excellent value for money. The lobbies and the common areas are very moderns and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are however bit outdated, but clean. There is no entertainment in English in the room - the TV channels are mostly in German or French, no English or Spanish newspapers either, only German. There are a lot of additional extras, like pool towels, or bathrobes, but the leaflet given to the guests does not give the price, so you have to ask the front desk for the price if you want to use them. The person who checked us in was not very informative, no wifi password was given, no info about buses, bikes, local map, or things to see and do. The front desk is definitely the weakest point of this hotel, but overall a beautiful hotel in a lovely spot. The room was very quiet at night which was appreciated!

Our 3rd time staying here and as usual we felt like royalty The manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home and very welcome. The hotel is amazing and feels more like a villa , the decor is beautiful and the rooms are Super comfortable triple glazed and very peaceful. Right from the start of our stay each member of staff always treated us with respect and a happy cheery manner , nothing was too much trouble. The food is stunning and mixes local cuisine with the tastes of the current residents we never went hungry! We will be going back a 4th time nrxt year

We love everything about it. Room service is excellent. Foods are great too.

Dinning time was too short when we arrive at the Hotel at 8PM checked in we were told to go dinner will be finished 9PM so we went quickly and there was no drink included even juice for child no kettle and coffee tea in the room apart from that we had pleasant stay with nice sea view from balcony sitting rocking chairs very clean swimming pool.
