Well I am so sorry to write this but yeah, I don't feel the staff reception treat me as a guest, I stay for 4 night but different booking, to day is my last day and check out at 12.00 but in the morning around 6 am, I was asking to night audit that I will check out late, I inform him that you can charge me anything, and then he said yes you can check out late until 13.00pm free, but if you are check out at 2 pm we Will charge fully price. I said yeah. You can charge and the night shift staff also nice, hes offering phone call to wake me up, I said I don't need the phone call, I just need to sleep because I was been clubbing at bangla road. And around 12.40 the morning shift call me and tell me with very rude language, he said what time do you want check out, if you check out 1 pm We will charge you and closed the phone without say thank you or sorry for brother. I was hang over and get disturbing with the phone call, and I got confused because the night audit was inform me that I can check out 1 pm but the morning shift call me at 12.40 with rude language. Wish the hotel management can train more their staff behavior. Thank you. And thanks to the lady house keeping, they are very nice smiling and attitude.
