My son and I, spent 3 nights, Marco was a great host. Rooms cleaned every day. A bit noisy at night from traffic, but calms as evening goes on, wasn’t an issue for us. Would highly recommend.

Stop and Sleep is an amazing place to stay! So very convenient for the train station. Marco was great in communicating and then also provided lots of tips for around Bergamo. The room was massive and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and it gave you a good start to the day. I would recommend that you stay here - make sure you get to Citi Alta for the shops and cafes. Amazing place xx

Marco the host was very helpful and the communication from him before we arrived was spot on.The room was basic,but clean and tidy,bed was comfortable enough with plenty of blankets if needed.The free breakfast was fine,with cereal,yoghurts,bread(toaster if wanted)Plenty of choices of coffee and tea.Accommodation is very close to the train and bus station.

It was as advertised but the bathroom was not very nice (shower needs to be redone and the whole bathroom was very slippery). Beds not very comfortable but somewhat expected with price. The guy who met us was very kind.

It was a very last-minute, same day trip to Bergamo airport en-route to Milan and Parma. As the flight was arriving late I needed somewhere to stay that night in Bergamo so I booked the Stop&Sleep B&B. Soon after booking it Andrea contacted me to find out my arrival time and to pass on the late check-in instructions, which were very clear and involved calling a number on arrival in order to gain access to the main building (the Stop&Sleep rooms are on the 3rd floor). Unfortunately I couldn't get through to the number (which seemed to have 1 too many numbers) but Andrea must have been waiting for me and he opened the door remotely. My room (which seemed to be 1 of 4 inside an apartment) was large with a table and 2 chairs, a double bed, a single bed and wardrobes. The bed was comfortable but there was a fair bit of noise outside from the road and a local bar which kept me awake until the early hours. The rooms shared the use of 2 bathrooms, which was a first for me but proved no issue at all. In the morning an adequate selection of self-service breakfast items and drinks were available in the shared kitchen so I chatted to a very nice Norwegian couple over coffee and toast. Check-out was by 11:00 and I had a train to catch to Milan so I never met any of the staff. The train station is literally a 10 minute walk away so very convenient.

I only had the pleasure in staying one night but it was very good i loved it !!! it was a small quaint cute apartment clean didn't get to have breakfast but i was able to take snacks for the road

Excellent communication from Roberto, and nice apartment building, with large rooms and communal kitchen area, and decent shower/bathrooms. Not far from the centre of town, 5 mins from train station/buses. Apartment is on 3rd floor of shared building. Happy with experience.

I could not arrive in Bergamo before the check-in closes at 10 pm. So I contacted Stop & Sleep in advance and they were very kind to arrrange so that I could get the keys when I arrived in the night. The location is very good, close to the railway station. The building itself is old and thus has a special atmosphere and will be liked by those who want to experience the real life of the city. The bathroom is shared, but overall everything is clean.

Freezing cold, no heat at all, bad for child.Breakfast is yoghurt and cereal
