My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.

Resort was ok. Service at the restaurant was good but the food was mediocre, it could’ve been better. Front desk customer service was horrible. I had to call for an issue with one of the neighbors for loud music, screaming and the guy hung up the phone. Walked to the front desk to complain and the guy said it will be taken care of and after half hour nothing was done. I was contemplating booking my vacation for next year there but I will be booking elsewhere.

Peaceful and quiet. Not child friendly @ll. No activities for kids. Was very boring. No kids club as claimed. Kids not in mind in that hotel.

It was amazing! The venue was beautiful! The staff help with excursion selection, food was great. The beach, the bars, the local dances. I was over the moon and glad I chose this location!

Very good food and great staff in the restaurant. The room has poor air conditioning and is very hot.

We didn't get the room we booked. They told us that the images / descriptions on hotels.com is inaccurate. There is no wifi in the room. The breakfast was inedible, the mattresses rock hard, and the refrigerator doesn't work. It became a jumbled mess when we called to ask questions. We were looking for a beach front room which we reserved. It iwas 130 euro a night. The "sea view room" was 85 and the "partial sea view room" was 70. When we arrived we were told that we reserved a "sea view room" which is half a block away from the beach. I explained we reserved a beach front room but the front desk denied it even existed. I had to walk the grounds to show him!!! It was obvious that the room was given to someone else so I settled for a "Sea view room" but I booked it on hotels.com because he was still insisting on 130 euro. I was told he couldn't fulfill a hotels.com reservation until THE NEXT MORNING! After waiting two hours we finally got into a room. The next morning I get a call from the reservations manager who denied the existence of the beach front rooms until I showed her a map! She then told me that I'm in a "Front sea view room" which is different than the "Sea view room". I showed her pictures on hotels.com that I was in the exact room I booked. She tried to downgrade our room to a "partial sea view" !!! Fed up, I just left and called my bank for a refund. I'm on vacation, no time for this nonsense.

Pros: Gorgeous location, friendly staff, clean, good entertainment. Cons: Modest size rooms, lots of rules (only certain types of drinks are included, can only be wet next to pool, can't swim at night, can't bring food back to room, etc.), mostly elderly clientele, rocky beach, internet is spotty and only available in public areas (not in guest rooms), no room service, not a lot of food variety day to day, spa staff was absent for 3 straight days.

Hotel is excellent. It is very clean, food is delicious and staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the time we spent there. It's worth to stay there.

Five days prior to our arrival, an email was received informing of an error regarding our reservation. Apparently, the resort was overbooked and unable to honor our prepaid reservation submitted two months prior! When we checked on line, the exact days were still available for THREE TIMES the price I paid....hmmm, I'm smelling some local fish!

We stayed in October for 5 nights, staff were really nice and helpful. Food could be improved by not having too many flies on the food and every where!! More variety, in the buffet as it became boring...after the second day. More activities inside the resort for example a show, music every night, zumba ect as nights were a bit quiet and could get boring.

we had a totally relaxing midsummer break, hardly any English here but not a problem as the Greeks made us very welcome.

Excellent place to go well worth the visit and a beautiful hotel

Myself and my husband stayed here in June 2015. We were welcomed into the hotel and although had booked half board we were given all inclusive. The room we had booked was a partial sea view which was excactly that as the view directly in front of us was of a wall but if you leaned over the balcony and looked out to the side you could see the sea, we asked for a better room and two days later we were given a marginally better room although this did look over a derelict hotel that had a horse wandering around in it. The food was typical all inclusive edible but not great. The hotel staff were wonderful truly the most friendly and helpful hotel staff I have met especially Alki the barman. The hotel is close to a very small parade of shops and tavernas but don't expect great dining experience although the staff in these places make up for the lack of food choices. Pool area was clean and quiet never a problem getting a sun bed and the pool bar had adequate snacks and drinks Overall if you want a chilled out, clean and friendly hotel this is the place to visit make sure you visit the many beaches along the coast as they are wonderful especially a little place called bali.

Used the hotel as a base for a friend's wedding in Georgoupolis The hotel manager arranged for a driver to collect us at Heraklion & as we arrived late evening had supper for us in the fridge in the room, It's a family resort hotel but keen to make the most Independant travellers on budget flights from uk, The town's 10mims away on an hourly bus which costs 1.60€, I'd go back again.

Ein sehr schöner großer Hotelkomplex direkt am Meer. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und spricht verschiedenste Sprachen. Wir waren sehr traurig, wieder fahren zu müssen. In der direkten Umgebung besteht keine Möglichkeit zu Fuß zu flanieren bzw. zu bummeln. Man muss erst einen Kilometer die kleine Straße neben der Schnellstraße entlang gehen um an ein paar Geschäfte und Restaurants zu kommen. Wer aber mobil ist, oder sowieso den Urlaub nur im Hotel verbringen möchte, dem wird es an nichts mangeln.

All inclusive did not meet our expectations. The drink and snack offer included was limited and of poor quality. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good. Coffee was missing from lunch and dinner. Drinks were only served at the pool bar. Everything in the lobby bar was chargeable. We are used to almost all hotel services being included in all inclusive. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
