Our room was clean. Staff friendly.Very surprised that there was no daily room cleaning, sheet changes, clean towels UNLESS you paid for it! Shocked to say the least, is that you had to make reservations to use the pool!! The price I paid for two nights was high, yes, this I knew in advance BUT all the up charges for what should have been part of our room experience was ridiculous. I had two teenage girls with me and definitely needed fresh towels every day!! None of these charges are shown on the hotel site, only on a sheet of paper in the room. Will never go back!!!!!

Wrong room upon arrival, pictures of the resort are deceiving. Not as high end as expected. Front desk staff very accommodating. Young male host at the restaurant could use some training on interacting with guests, he was very odd and made you feel like you were intruding on his time. Aquapath was ok, again pics were deceiving. Resort has so much potential, would not return at this time.

Restaurant was very slow. The bed , pillows and sheets were perfect. The balconies were great size, but need ed better quality of side table! One table the glass fell out!! It would have been good if we had a patio set and loungers . Thanks

DO NOT STAY here!! Front desk staff does not explain how this hotel works when you check in. This hotel is run like an extended stay! No concierge, bell hop or housekeeping service. You have to take out your own garbage!! The restaurant is awful!! 2 hour wait for a salad! No lighting for the outside patio! The excuse given at this hotel for every issue is that they are understaffed and this is also why they charge you for any housekeeping services. You also pay a service fee which includes fees for AMENITiES (toilet paper) and parking! Any “hotel” charging you for toilet paper is not worth your time or money! Stay away!

We had a nice stay. We got there early and our room wasn't ready, which we expected as it was early, and so we told the gentleman we were going golfing. When we did check in we got vouchers for golf which we would have used had he mentioned it before. Then we got to our room which was very nice and clean, however the smell of curry was overpowering and we had to open the windows for entirty of our stay (which did not help). The rest of the hotel and spa was very nice.

We spent our honeymoon there july 2024 and spent our one year anniversary there in july 2025 amazing place

Seafood restaurant booking system was not friendly

The staff are not informed in the restaurant at all. We were told we could pay the resort fee by cash or debit when we checked out, however they put it on the CC. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Kids running up and down the halls. Why not have all the families with children on a seperate floor? Spa was nice, we did the aqua path. There should be spa music inside the aqua path, it would add to the experience. Restaurant on site closed at 9pm. Other people commented on this as well. Why close so early? Chairs (iron) on the balcony were hard and uncomfortable. Why not put pads on them? Didn’t know about the rooftop area.. should educate your staff on the amenities. When booking waterside view be advised you can’t really see the water, but your room is on the side the water is. This property seems tired and not well run. Too bad, it has good potential. It was our second time here, and our last.

Stayed 2 nights overall 10/10 clean, friendly, tons of amenities to enjoy rooftop terrace and much more the restaurant was busy but good we also brought a toddler who made herself at home from the pool park hot tub everything was kid friendly… will be back again soon.
