Awful hotel - had to check out and find another - air-conditioning doesn't work - faulty electrics - you could feel the springs in the mattress and squeaked very time you moved.

Ibis styles was the best place I accompdated during my trip in Rome.

The toilet flushing button is so hard to push.

The rooms were basic as we expected. The rooms were not well maintained, especially the showers.

Bed was moderately comfortable

Friendly staff, good service, breakfast could be better

The staff is unfriendly, the rooms, at least mine, stank horribly of damp, and the toilets are almost under the shower, with no door. This, besides being unsightly, causes the entire bathroom to flood. I would never stay here again.

Very convenient location and great customer service. Clean rooms and common areas.

Evening staff was grumpy. Morning staff was much more pleasant.

This is not of Ibis standards … cannot give it any stars at all . Cannot recommend it . Breakfast is below. basic . I was in the suite but it was smelly and unkempt

Rooms are a little dated but the hotel in general is good. As all Ibis Style Hotel, the rooms would benefit of having Coffee/tea facilities. It's available for the same hotel standard in other hotel chains.
