Nice motel with nice staff. Very close to town and shops.

Loved the cleanliness of the room. The toilets are modern and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay. I was slightly worried about checking in as we arrived quite late but self check in was very simple and straightforward. Very happy to stay here again in the future or recommend others.

Yarra Valley Motel provides complimentary parking for guests. The overall standard of the accommodation is satisfactory. However, communication with the property appears to be an area for improvement, as contact was reportedly difficult and check-in information was not provided proactively.

Didn’t like no face to face contact. TV remote would not work. Lots spent on bathroom but the shower was very average. Nice room, very clean and quiet considering on a main road.

Very comfortable and clean. Shower was nice and hot. No reading lights above the bed unfortunately. Be aware that the reception closes early ( around 4.30pm). There is a number to call if no one there, but its a hassle, so I would advise to let them know if you are arriving after this time.

Was noisey and there was a mix up to what room i was in. 3rd time lucky to find my room. On leaving i noticed the mattress had blood on it and was very dirty. That was the worst mattress i had ever seen and was shocked. Wouldnt stay there again.

Travelling to Mt Evelyn for a function was very convenient

The remote control for the television back not so good , that’s all .

Very clean property & spacious rooms with comphy beds & pillows,close walking distance to shops, cafe’s, restaurants & a late night Maccas icecream run is a 2 min walk 😂 staff are very friendly & helpful, definitely recommend staying here & I know I’ll be back if ever in the area:) 10/10 👍

My partner and I have stayed here quite a number of times in the last 6 months. We find the rooms reasonably neat and tidy and roomy, especially if we are lucky to get the deluxe queen with spa room for the same or a discounted price as a queen room, regardless if we use the spa or not. Never had a problem with the staff...always friendly and polite. This long Australia day weekend, was the first time I have heard anyone having an argument outside with yelling...or hearing blaring Indian or similar music, coming through the walls from the room next door...no point banging on the wall asking them to keep it down, after an hr. or so, it finally softened and we kept our tv high enough so we didn't hear anything else...
