Hotel employees are very kindness

This property is close to the hospital and university. It is conveniently located next to Umeå Östra station and 2 supermarkets in walking distance. The room is spacious and the hotel offers buffets for breakfast, lunch and maybe dinner. It is a very good and practical option if you need accommodation in Umeå.

Simple check-in and check-out and staff were very polite and friendly. Room was quiet and had what was needed for a one-night stay.

If you want to be close to the university hospital the hotel is the best choice but other than this I would recommend central hotels. Old and basic hotel, especially the bathrooms are very old style. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast can be improved.

Omysigt och institutionaliserat. Patienthotell. Äggröran på frukosten var oätlig och processad.

Mycket trevligt hotell nära till Umeå Sjukhus. Väldigt enkelt och ta sig till hotellet från flygplatsen. Trevlig personal, bra mat i restaurangen, fina och lugna rum.

Staff very rude, hotel feels like old hospital, cold not comfty room. Breakfast was disapointment.

Märktes att det även var hotell för patienter. Lite sjukhusmiljö med lite spartansk möblering och allt parfymfritt. Bra restaurang med lunch och middag. Frukosten var lite tråkig men ok.

Rummet var ren. Frukost hade allt jag vill ha och atmosfär very lugn med många lediga bord. Vår vistelse var Utmärkt.
