Little hiccups at the beginning but the staff fixed the issue promptly and was very accommodating.

Food is good reception are good

Hotel about 15 minute walk from Mulhouse old city center. Air conditioning works A-OK. Breakfast buffet bit scarce on quantity variety compared to those in Germany.

It was a nice place

Very convenient, the area and property are nice. The furnitures are a bit old and used and they could propose more ustensiles in the kitchen. Overall good experience

Near tram and center of Mulhouse . Easy to find . Clean room and breakfast had many choices . Friendly staff . Would come back again .

Was a stop over night on our road trip holiday, the old town parts were amazing, but wouldn't recommend going far off the beaten track of an evening as it just didn't feel particularly safe (the carrefour had a bouncer for example, and it looked like it needed it). Still a nice city and the accommodation was wonderful and in a good location with underground parking

Sorry but an overall dirty room, stains on carpets (I mean lots of stains, not just the one off) Bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned. Dorm style furniture. I guess that's okay if you're a 20 something...Nasty breakfast, how can you mess up eggs... The only good part about the stay was the wonderful Indian restaurant we found about 15 minutes away for dinner, great food.

Bus stop close to hotel takes you to airport quickly for onward journeys to Zurich.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the town. The staff was professional and friendly; the room clean itself. Just the bedsheets seemed to be a bit dirty or stained feom a previous guest (still washed though, but somehow the “accident” of a previous guest could not be entirely removed for some reason...). Maybe for next time we would ask for a replacement. As we needed it for an event outside Mulhouse it was convenient too because it had a garage (additional fee) and close access to freeway. The breakfast was ok; if you can take a short walk towards city and try the bakery Bertin (10min walk) very nice and almost half the price. But all together a good experience and to recommend.

Terrible the place shouldn’t get no more than 1 star inside the room looks like a “ Pig-Stile” it so filthy disgusting, only one towel for 2 people so dirty that you scare to step barefoot , heater doesn’t work room was very cold

We loved it from day one we entered the hotel. Hotel staff was really cooperative. Especially the gentlemen who dealt with us on late night check in was really good at explaining and left us with no questions to be asked. Well done good job.

A 1 night stopover as a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). Friendly check in where the receptionist telephoned a nearby restaurant to book a table for us. We had an apartment with two seperate rooms which were very spacious and well equipped. The kitchenette even had a small dishwasher and washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge and tea towel were all provided.The apartment was simply furished but was clean and quiet with efficient air conditioning. The only downside was the double sofa bed which being metal framed and spring was very creaky. Good value for those looking to self cater. There is an underground secure carpark for which a charge is made. About Euro6 for the night I think. We ate at a fabulous restaurant about 10 minutes walk down the road, L'entrecot de Mulhouse. The entrecote steaks at Euro16 were good value and thoroughly delicious. Highly recommended.

It was a very bad experience. The front office lady was very rude and lacking any kind of service approach. Not sure whether I was the guest or she. She was expecting me to work for her to get the remotes find the comforters etc., Very very bad experience . Will never suggest.
