Puerto Aventuras is a great community.

This was the perfect place to stay for three days before moving on for a workshop. The staff were all really helpful and the location was great for eating out choices. Probably not the best time of year given the sargasso covering all the beaches.

Todo excelente. Había poca gente y nos dieron un upgrade. Hubo un problema con el AC y lo resolvieron de inmediato. Volveremos sin duda.

The location and room was great! Better than we expected for the price. The facility is right next door to some amazing shopping and restaurants, plus the dophin experience was right there and very active. The staff was great and was able to provide us with airport transportation and a better price than was available online. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

We loved the atmosphere of the community and the amenities.

The apartment was well equipped, and cozy. I enjoyed the accessibility starting from the swimming pool , to the lagoon and then private beach, which you access kayaking. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the apartment had a washer and dryer. The attendants are very friendly, overall i would rate this at a 10 !

No screens on any windows or patio doors. Starting to show signs of wear & tear but very comfortable bed. I would stay again. Affordable!

The lagoon property is a great relaxing location only the walk to restaurants might be a problem for some.

Location at the Aventuras Club Marina is perfect - a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Our 2-bedroom condo was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped. View from the deck is beautiful. Alfredo was quick to respond on WhatsApp and made checkin a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area and very quiet. Lovely view from large patio. The condo was cleaned everyday and that was a great service to have while on vacation. The pool area was well kept and clean. The lagoon location has paddle boards and kayaks to use. The only negative was poor communication with directions to the condo and instructions on how to get to lagoon location. We were left at the residence location of Aventuras club instead of lagoon. Make sure you know which building you are in to avoid stress . The signage to building is poor and hard to see . I recommend staying there as long as you do your research.

Stayed here 4 times. We love it.

Aventuras Club had experienced some recent storms going thru like many places and had lost some power. That power loss took out the elevator and pool pump. So needless to say, thru no fault of their own, we had to walk up stairs to the third floor, and pool was not especially clear during our stay. Plus we were originally to stay at the Lagoon building but they moved us to the marina building. There were some communication problems, so reason for 4 stars over 5. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably return and try again, as the place was very nice, close to town and easy access to facilities in the area.

We love this place! My husband and I have been coming to Puerto for the past 10 years, twice a year. This was the most amazing and relaxing time we have had yet. We will most certainly return. Everything was perfect; we couldnt ask for more. Extremly clean, safe and in the perfect location to town and dining. Thank you to Alfredo, Cass and the whole team! See you soon!!

Great place and great people

My partner Leanne & I had a wonderful time in Puerto Aventuras and the other areas of the region we were lucky enough to visit. The locals were very friendly and even with my poor Spanish communication was not a major issue. At no point anywhere we went did we feel insecure or unsafe. It is such a culturally rich and beautiful part of the world, it is difficult to do it justice with words. The place we stayed, Club Aventuras in Puerto Aventuras was spectacular. The condo was huge, modern and very peaceful. The bedrooms were big, bed was super king and very comfortable. Large fully stocked kitchen, open plan dining and living area. When we were at the condo it was hard not to make the most of the large outdoor terrace. It could be accessed from the master bedroom and living room. The view of the marina and out to the Caribbean sea was breathtaking. And the climate was perfect for sitting outside with a coffee and having quality time with one another. We absolutely loved the place and the welcome/farewell we had from Rodrigo, Alfredo and the team was something else. They are truly wonderful folks. Dan & Leanne (South Wales)

This actual property was amazing other than a few things like the toilet leaking in the shower head being replaced… The Director is a very honest man, which makes a difference when you’re going out of the country… The property is beautiful. I got the deluxe apartment facing the marina and it was luxury. I would absolutely come here again. Be careful with the taxi drivers the police will extort you and everyone is out to get money from .. your best bet is to stay on the grounds or book anything outside of the grounds through the hotel to be safe
