The rooms were old and dated, bathroom with cement on the walls. Overall the feeling was of an old apartment upgraded with low funding. Location is good, dining around on, but for 200 USD a night you can find real hotel with much better valued for money. I suspected that and I chose it only because most of the typical hotels were fully booked on my stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is clean and the staff were great. The staff was super friendly, gave us recommendations, and help us set up transfer for the airport for the following morning.

Great location, close to nightlife, parks, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Warm and friendly staff, Thanks Facundo! I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to BA.

The property was in a very convenient location in Palermo, close to lots of places to eat. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Special thank you to Vanina, Carla and Juan.

Great central location, but no clear visible signage (if any) that you were at the right place. Just a big solid steel door. Once inside, the staff - Carla and Sol - were lovely and helpful! We thought the place was overpriced for what we got, and a lock of paint and a general spruce up of the apartment wouldn’t hurt.

Really great location!! and space very convenient. My only suggestion would be to set up better pillows :)

Bathroom was very dirty

I stayed at soho point central for 3 days. Loved staying here it was so central and convenient. The rooms were comfortable spacious apartments, clean with all the amenities. Felt like I was staying in a local residence. The absolute best thing here were the staff so friendly and helpful made my stay so much better. Especially facundo, lily and flor. Will definitely come back here.

I really thought the location of the hotel was very good since it's right in the heart of the Palermo area and next to plenty of high quality stores and restaurants. The staff were very professional and helpful despite my lack of Spanish fluency. The room itself was well-furnished and clean, with a great balcony view and a large comfortable bed. Overall, I'd say my stay was among the best stays I've experienced at a hotel.

Los único que no me gusto es que me querían cobrar un precio más costoso del que me había dado Hotels.com, cuando reserve el cuarto. De resto todo muy bien

Clean, quite, helpful and friendly staff

Overall the facilities were very nice, unfortunately the staff was less than helpful (did not know nearby stores, late checkouts) Also the website and description states that they offer airport transfers - we could not get one. We asked for several days prior to our arrival for a pickup with absolutely no response. When we requested a taxi to the airport they told us to call an uber. We were very disappointed in the services offered. The room was very nice and comfortable! Wifi available and we had a nice little balcony and kitchenette/fridge which made our stay easy.

Apartamento espaçoso e bem localizado

Muy buena experiencia. La ubicación es excepcional en el centro de Palermo Soho. Cerca de todo. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Mención aparte merece la atención de Facu y Carla, siempre dispuestos con amabilidad para asesorarte y solucionar cualquier inconveniente

O hotel fica num lugar bom e o apto que nos deram era amplo, iluminado e espaçoso, porém sem isolamento acústico. Acontece que as janelas davam para uma área externa com churrasqueira onde fazem festas. Assim, na noite de sexta não dormimos e tivemos que deixá-lo antes do previsto. Mencionamos o fato aos atendentes, mas não tivemos reembolso. Outro detalhe que não é bom para os brasileiros: eles não usam o câmbio tarjeta! A conta é debitada em dólar no cartão! Então não compensa o custo benefício!

Falta um pouco de capricho, de manutenção no apartamento. Pelo estado das portas e janelas, não nos sentimos seguros. Existia pó em cima do móveis.
