The room is quite old but clean, the staff is very enthusiastic to help and considerate, hope the hotel replaces with newer equipment and all other services are 10/10 (will come back)

The reception and staff are very enthusiastic and lovely, the hotel is clean and tidy, the best thing is that it is close to the center, convenient to travel, can walk to some famous spots such as the pedestrian street with the church. Thank you hotel for making me have a great experience 🥰

confusing when I check in at hotel, hotel staff want to keep my original passport with her, she said she will send back soon, normally photocopies or scan, it is easy and simple. second, bathroom is not staying in the good condition including A/C is very hot, maybe the building is too old. thanks

the hotel is too bad, the room is very old, the bathroom is stagnant, the air conditioner is like a helicopter, the fan is not available, book double bed but check in 2 single beds, I book for my friend but it's too bad, I find very shy. While the price of VND 523,000 is not too cheap: ((((
