I booked the hotel from 3rd Sept to 7th Sept 2015. I informed them we would check-in late. At check-in, Mr Cezary said without apology 'But you know that you will need to move out for one day?' as they were fully booked for a wedding reception. We had to move hotels on Sat morning - a huge inconvienience as we were going to a wedding as well. I asked to stay the rest of our stay in the other hotel (pre-arranged by Villa Estera). On Sat morning we had to eat breakfast by the front door! Breakfast was not prepared. I asked for bread rolls, there were none, or any fruit too. On check-out I asked to pay the full price for our 4 night stay and then the V.E to pay the alternative hotel. Mr Cezary (who lacks any customer service skills) said I had to pay them myself, but the price was the same. The new hotel was more expensive! I was NOT contacted by anyone from V.E. I rang V.E on Sun. Mr Cezary answered. When asked why I had not been updated he blamed me for not leaving a contact number (it was on the booking) The new hotel were advised by V.E to give a refund on V.E's behalf but the receptionist did not have authority to do it. I have not had a refund or an apology for the way we have been treated. This is shocking behaviour. The V.E is far from 4 star hotel.
