Stayed for a week for our 30th anniversary, having enjoyed Capri in a previous trip, and cant recommend the hotel highly enough! It has the amenities of a large luxury hotel but the feel of an elegant and intimate boutique stay. It has interesting antiques and rooms throughout the facility. Our room was wonderful with a sea view (worth the extra cost) and a large bathroom with beautiful tub. The pool areas are gorgeous. The management generously arranged detailed transit needs, a wonderful car tour in the famous red taxi (Paulo was very entertaining) and restaurant bookings. The front desk and all service was amazing, impeccable and always friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the serve staff were wonderful - Tito and Gennaro were especially sweet. This hotel is 100% worth it!!!

We absolutely loved this property for several reasons. The location is perfect—just a scenic 5-minute walk to the bustling town center and shopping district. Our room was fantastic, offering a spacious, renovated layout with breathtaking ocean views. Luigi, our host, truly stood out; he went above and beyond, assisting with our ferry ticket bookings and arranging for our luggage to be delivered to the port. His warmth and generosity made our stay exceptional. The drinks were outstanding, and the bar's view of the Capri mountains was simply breathtaking. This hotel truly deserves 6 stars. Don’t bother looking elsewhere—we've done the research for you!

This is a fantastic hotel. Everything is perfect.

Our room flooded during a rainstorm and we had 2 inches of water throughout our room. This has clearly happened before as it was designed to drain. We were up all night with no one at the hotel to available and had to rescue shoes and other items on the floor. It was a muddy mess. The next day we asked to move rooms as the place was a mess. We waited until early afternoon before we could move wasting a day. The hotel still charged us the $1000 rate for that night saying the upgraded us for the next few nights, which they didn’t. We were so disappointed and disgusted with the treatment me received.
