It's a good, functional hotel. Rooms are small but not cramped, with renovated bathrooms. Breakfast has reasonable variety. Only main complaint is some better soundproofing would be advisable, given noise from the nearby street and very thin walls.

Great hotel for access to the mountains, and to use as a base camp for any climbing/Via Feratta/MTB type trips. It's well located to walk into Cortina town. The general quality of the hotel and breakfast is very cheap and cheerful - however it's great for the price and location.

Great location, but wish the triple room was also available with the mountain-side views.

Staff were amazing, very nice people. Room was nice with an updated bathroom although it got very stuffy as there was no air con and the only block out blinds were outside shutters which meant you couldn’t get air flow through at night. Location was right on the end of town which meant a long walk into town. We had a car but so much construction going on for the Winter Olympics it was crazy to drive anywhere. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Beautiful quaint mountain town. Guests were noisy till late hours. Hotel really nice facilities and excellent breakfast.

Cold at night, broken heater, untightened window and balcony door. They only provides two blankets. Seemd not sorry about their unprepared manner of greeting guest. Ended up catching cold. Worst stay during this trip.

No elevator. you have to carry heavy suit case on the stairs. Uncomfortable bed. Woke up with body ache. Clean room with nice view of the mountains.

Brand new renovations. Clean and great location. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were very warm and welcoming

Great modest hotel

Nice room, small but had everything we needed and we love the renovations they've done. I will say that you can hear everything in the halls or the room next to you, so not necessarily quiet and be mindful as well of your noise level when staying there. But we would definitely stay here again. Great staff and a nice breakfast in the morning.

Staff great and easy for refund.

The hotel is perfectly situated and is far less expensive than analogous properties in the city centre.

The hotel was very basic. The balcony, although it had an incredible view, didn’t have any furniture. We wanted to drink wine in our room and we asked for wine glasses, they didn’t have any. The queen bed was two twin beds put together that were NOT confortable. But great location and easy parking. Make sure to get the rooms in the back otherwise you will hear the cars passing through the Main Street.

Surly staff, restaurant not open, hotel like a ghost ship

The original room gave to us is very smelly and furniture is very old. Based on our request, we were given a new room which is much much better.

For the most part, this hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was super and I received great service from two of the three staff I interacted with. Those two staff really did go out of their way to make sure the stay was good. I stayed in a couple different rooms (this was a basecamp for an extended hiking tour) and one of the rooms had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The décor in the hotel is all quite old, but the rooms are comfortable. It is a little out of town, but there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The wifi there was stellar.

The staff is great. Super helpful and kind. It is very clean. Food is good. Good location and excellent quality price ratio. The downside is that it can be noisy on the main road and the rooms towels bathrooms are a little dated. Overall very good and i definitely recommend it
