Strategic location, very near to Family Mart. Also near to train station. The room quite small, but very good... got fridge, TV, microwave, water heater, etc. Also got washing machine at level below.

It is located around 15 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station. Be careful when crossing the train tracks. It's a nice small inn in a quiet neighborhood. They have great amenities inside the room, surprisingly microwave and electric stove! It's clean and comfy. Staff member was helpful and can speak English. Family Mart is just next to the inn. There are also some shops around. Great place to stay when you are in Shinagawa.

Very close to the station. The rooms are cute, clean, suitable for solo trips and friendly staff. Although the room is cute but the facilities inside are complete. There is a sink, kettle for cooking water, a refrigerator, clothes deodorizer, and lundry coin in the basement.

Nice rooms, clean and unique buildings around it, great for taking pictures.

For hotel transit it is very pleasant, strategic position, next to the station, close to the city, receptionists can speak English.

love the stay..though the place is a bit small.. it still comfortable. its complete better than other hotels..definitely will back to this hotel.. we really like it..

The inn is very compact but provides all the necessities such as 5 star hotels. Starting from the need to drink like tea, coffee, toothbrushes, but also the need for body lotion and international electrical plugs. The wall beside the bed is too thin, we couldn't sleep because we could hear people beside our room talking.
