Great stay for the price. Free parking, good size room, clean and quiet. Some building work going on in the entrance but nothing to worry about. Would use again

Hallways and stairs were filthy, looked like it had never been mopped. The bedroom floor was the same, so sticky I had to wear flip flops for the entire stay. The curtains were hanging off, holes in walls, splash marks up walls and filthy windowsill and skirting boards. The furniture was tired and no bedside table, so I put a chair where that should be. The bedding was cheap, old and bobbled and didn’t fit the mattress. When I pulled the cover back there were hairs, I them smelt the bedding and was clearly not fresh! I insisted on it being changed, this was done and smelt fresh, but it didn’t improve how I felt about sleeping in the bed. The pillows and mattress had no protectors on them and I wasn’t brave enough to look. The bedding was synthetic and I sweated so much, it wasn’t a comfortable stay. The bathroom was reflective of the bedroom, not really clean, hairs in shower and sink backed up when tap was on. The noise was next level, by far the two most disturbed nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The acoustics start with the tiled walls and wooden floor through the halls and stairs, nothing soft to dampen the noise. No soft-close on doors, they spring back and bang. Other guests banging doors every few minutes and shouting to eachother until 2am. Someone hoovering at 4am first night! Builders tipping rubble into the skip on the drive at 6:30am in residential area! Why not do this end of day? Free parking and fridge in room only plus side. Expensive loss of sleep!

Affordable, good location - does the job, but do not stay when in a heatwave. No air con or fan and small window in ceiling so it was absolutely sweltering. Room wasn’t overly clean.

Not a hotel, just a pub with accommodation attached. We were told that check-in would be available mid-morning but it wasn’t. Calls to the phone number were unanswered. Basic facilities okay, price reasonable but places like this should not be allowed to call their premises a hotel.

You get what you pay for, for the price it wasn’t bad, the room was tidy and cereal and make was provided for a quick breakfast.

The room was good but the stay was marred by a severe lack of communication from the hotel in advance. I was arriving late from overseas but despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel by phone and via hotels.com, I was only finally able to make contact an hour before I took off. I was on the verge of booking a different hotel because I was concerned I would not be able to gain access. This resulted in undue stress which was completely unavoidable.

Place was under construction during the stay but we were not warned of this. Drilling all day. Room was fine, you get what you pay for. Staff were nice though!

Fine for what we required. Room small but clean, bed fine for me but a bit hard for my roommate- probably just down to personal preference. Shower good. Nice touch with the milk and cereals for breakfast (which we weren’t expecting). Thankfully able to utilise a free parking spot.

Friendly staff, clean room. Lovely high power shower. Tea, coffee, breakfast bits and fridge all in room. Good value

Great staff and room was just magnificent. Excellent food and wine, what’s not to like?!

Staff very welcoming and helpful, nice room, great size ,nice an modern, brilliant bathroom and shower ,tv worked ...bad points we're skylight over bed no control for blind and when returning in the late evening found three little friends running around bathroom so not so great.

Only stayed for one night as going to a gig in the area. Location was great, as was the price for the night. Friendly helpful staff, great facilities, couldn't fault it

An absolute gem. This the perfect spot if you are attending an event at the Tottenham Stadium. It’s an easy walk to the venue, the surrounding area has lots of interesting food and drink options and the bar underneath the rooms is great. The room is clean and comfortable. You will not find better value in London. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Staff were pleasant. No hooks, shelving in bathroom. Good place to stay for an evening, but not longer term.

Nice location. Room near kitchen can smell of food if left unventilated.

Lovely pub downstairs, lady behind the bar who showed us to our room was very friendly and helpful. She gave us advice on how to get to the concert. The room was clean and comfy. Had a little fridge which was great to store cold drinks as the weather was boiling. There was a fan too. The building was newly decorated and looked fresh and clean. Great stay overall.
