Professional service

Room was a good size but there was a smell of urine in one of the bathrooms that lingered even after it was cleaned. The room was in need of repairs and updates and not within walking distance of nice restaurants. Best part was the staff was nice and gave good service. A plus that breakfast was included.

I like the hotel because it has a restaurant in the hotel which is convenient if you don’t feel to go out.

It is a nice hotel. A bit pricey, but location is great. There is always entertainment, which it's great, but, if you want a quiet night, you might find it a bit overwhelming when having live music every night till late.

The customer service was excellent. My partner and I were treated amazingly. Thank you for upgrading us to the junior suite!

This hotel is old and could use an upgrade. There is an odd odor and dampness in the rooms, causing clothes to be a bit damp even in the closet. Most staff speak very little English, which made it a bit difficult to communicate. While dining, it appeared that the staff assisting us didn't know the menu. Food and drinks were hit or miss, not consistent. My bathroom (I stayed in a King suite) faucet kept running, although I informed the staff each day. It never got fixed. I would not recommend it nor stay there again.

Great breakfast, on the beach. Very clean.

Enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. The only minor complaint is that I had a discount through Expedia and every time I used it at the restaurant, the server had to call and verify. Maybe a little card or wristband would streamline this process for future guests.
