Great location. Would recommend.

The view

Hotel was comfortable, tv small. Breakfast that is included is just cheese, ham cereal and fruit. If you want chilaquilesbor eggas, you pay for that seperare. They were not good chilaquiles. They were a big plate and you can share with 2 people. Parking there was horrible. Its in the basement and they stamp your ticket then u have to go to security office by walmart so that they can let you. So inconvenient.

I reserved a superior room. When I arrived it was not available . They told me that there was a problem with the A\c for the whole floor. they gave me a double bed room, it was cheaper that the one I paid for. They didn't give me a refund for the difference saying it was prepared and couldn't return any money.

We had a great stay here during our Mexico City trip. The only downside we thought (and the reason for the 4 star and not 5) was we didn’t get free water in the hotel other than the 2 bottles we received during check in. We were 4 guests and upon requesting for a couple more bottles, we were told to buy it from the vending machine or go downstairs to Walmart. We didn’t have change handy and had to go down to Walmart and stand in a line for checkout (it was about to close and had a long time)

Las camas no son cómodas, la tv de habitación fatal y el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. No tenía vasos disponibles en habitación. Regadera hace un desastre inundando el baño.

The only thing I did not like is that the room did not have cup for coffee nor a coffee maker. or cups in general or a minifridge. I will still considered stay in there, but Holyday inn is a block away so maybe next time I will give them a Try.

Property staff are jerks. Vending machine ice machine elevators everything breaks down. They say international breakfast included (guess what only cold foods)!!!! My key card was deactivated 3 times and they didn’t have an explanation. Many guests left without room because they did not honor reservations!!!! Just plain and simply the most horrible experience!!! Would never recommend to anyone!!! Front reception is the most horrible staff!!!

Everything was clean and walking distance to malls and train stations

Comfortable room, perfect area for a couple nights. Great service and you have everything in one place!

There were large stains on floors, walls, and chairs. We had to be moved to another room.
