The hotel is under renovation. We were placed in a room where the window was right in front of the person who was renovating. So at 9 am it started to get noisy, the bathroom was tiled so it was super cold when we went to the bathroom because there were no sandals provided for going to the bathroom. The room heater is controlled by the hotel, when we asked for a portable heater. They didn't provide one. The receptionist at night. Oh my, she was rude. But the morning ones were friendly.
