Location was great, walkable, close to variety of restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. I wished the rooms had refrigerator and better WiFi.

Room was clean, location was good.

Room was spacious and clean. But we had no water from 9 pm first night til late afternoon the second day. Inexcusable. No way to wash or flush the toilet. Like hotelling it a third world country.

There are some positives and some negatives to this hotel. Ths positives are clean rooms and great location. The negative is that rooms are dated and lack simple things like fridge and tea/coffee making facilities that much more basic hotels than this offer.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was very convenient. I was able to walk to restaurants and stores easily and safely. I would definitely stay at The Principe everytime I need to stay in Panama City!
