I couldn't get a response regarding an airport shuttle so contacted hotels.com who also failed. It was going to cost $30. My Uber cost less than $20. Clean room, but very uninviting and worn. AC was not on when I entered. It finally got too cold, but there was no way to adjust it. No coffee or water. Very nice shower, but towel rack was across the room. Only a tiny soap dish so nowhere to place your shower items. Toilet only flushed if you held the handle for a while. Hot water faucet in bathroom was broken, so tepid water only. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower between flights, so it worked for me, but it wasn't worth the money in my opinion.

Great location and great staff. Housekeeping was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi was a little sketchy and kept going in and out, but overall it was a great hotel experience.

Room was old and tired, stains on walls and furniture, drapes had holes , windows were dirty so you can’t enjoy the view, no coffee pot and when I asked for one they told me NO , even as my original booking said I had a tea and coffee pot , typical where hotels.com ( Expedia group ) and the hotel owners don’t really care about details all they care is about making money! They just point fingers at each other …. And do not make it right . I have pictures to show but I can upload them.

The air conditioning was good. The pool was small and also there is no refrigerator in the room. The room kinda had a weird smell at first.

Ac needs updates sometimes it wouldn’t work at all. I am not sure if this is just Panamá but apparently hot water is a thing of the past at this hotel. I mean I want a hot shower when it is cold at night also you can never get enough towels but apparently here 10 is the limit. We found out when we asked for the 11th. In general a good stay. The staff was friendly until the 11th towel was requested. I would give it a 7/10.

I stayed at Principe Hotel and Suites in El Cangrejo, Panama City for 10 days in April and had a great experience. The location is perfect—close to banks, grocery stores, clothing shops, food spots, the subway, and there’s even a 24-hour convenience store right next door. The rooms are excellent, with AC, blackout curtains, WiFi, TV, and daily housekeeping. There’s also a small pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the WiFi in our room sometimes dropped or lagged. Other than that, everything was great. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again later this year.
