Freindly and clean.

My first visit. Very impressed. Staff were professional and friendly. Comfortable and excellent value

Great location. Calm hotel with comfy bed and THE most amazing shower. Friendly staff.

Beautiful space, quiet, excellent shower, but the bed was way too hard and the 1 pillow provided too flat, which made the sleep less than great.

Excellent hotel. A lot of shopping places in walking distance. Hotel sauna is very nice too

I enjoyed my stay here; I wish it could have been longer. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Location was within walking distance to Christmas Markets and was a short taxi drive from airport.

Got bus into town and short 10-15 walk to hotel (Free bus from airport if you staying in Basel) room was comfy, clean, excellent powerful hot shower. Very comfy bed, liked how curtains totally blocked out light so get a great nights sleep. Sauna in hotel was very good, needed after a long day in the cold outside. Nice little touches like tea, mulled wine and cookes in reception, again very wlecome after coming in from the cold. Location was great, short walk into town and christmas markets, or to station to get train to Luzern or Zurich or wherever, perfect location in that respect. Staff were beyond excellent, gave us so much advise and just so friendly. Didnt eat at hotel as we were out most the time and so many options around town, but it looked good. Loved our stay

The best staff! The staff here was truly exceptional. Their friendliness, helpfulness and attentive service is beyond compare. Every single person made us feel like we were someone important. The hotel was very nice too - comfortable and quiet. The Basel Card they gave us was a nice perk too, giving us free access to public transit and discounts at attractions. I would consider returning to Basel even more, just to stay here again.

Great hotel, staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. Very easy to get to places. Free buses and trams with a ticket the hotel gives you which was great. Really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast! 12pm check out too which is great.

Fantastic room. Close to the train station. Very clean. Well appointed with a comfortable bed and the best shower I've had in a while. Many amenities offered. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a lot of great recommendations. I would stay and recommend to anyone

It was a walking distance from the SBB train station, and there are plenty of food and drink options around the area.

We arrived early after being on a cruise. They stored our luggage and I went exploring for a bit. I was not feeling well and returned to see if my room was available. The reception staff were kind. The room I was booked into was not available, they provided me an upgraded room to allow me the opportunity to have so rest. This was much appreciated.

Very modern, clean hotel with nice room. Convenient to train station and trans. Bonus was free transport tickets for length of stay and museum passes with granted 50% discount.

Very sterile and lack character. Nothing like the photos
