Very little water coming into unit

Location great, service was very good. Room was small and the beds were very old and not comfortable

I booked this for someone else and we knew it was going to be very basic but once there it was so depressing I had to move this person somewhere else. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the back room faced an alley full of trash.

extremly old and dirty, have a huge problem with water, you can`t take a shower, can`t use the toilett, can`t wash your teeth.

Close to everything. Clean. I didn’t like that it was close to a bar, we were traveling with kids. The night we stayed there it was very noisy at night. But I don’t know if every night it’s like that. Good place to stay for young people, not families.

It does not have wifi. And the staff was not at the desk when we got there. So we’re we’re just standing there for at least 10 mins waiting with all our things to be attended to.

The location is excellent . Right in the central park . I didnt hear any noise once in room but just step outside and you are in the middle of everything and just 2 streets away from beach. The beach is more nicer the further north you go , keep that in mind . If u want great street food and central location to parties , this is it . Also only short walk to the ferry

Lovely stay, room cleaned daily. Lovely outside space , very pretty. Could do with a lick of paint but would definitely stay again

This property was adequate. I really appreciated that the staff took extra steps to make sure the room was ready early, bonus points for that. It does the job - provides a place to sleep while on Holbox. I would, however, strongly encourage bringing your own soap and shampoo, however. On the positive side - the location is great, easy to access from the Ferries, close to restaurants, night life, and beaches. On the downside, the property itself is not in its best shape, the WiFi didn't reach this room in particular, there were problems with water pressure in the shower. But, the room met all the requirements, and my expectations were satisfied.

This is an old fashioned. Family owned. Small hotel, across from the Plaza, 2>blocks fro the beach . And reasonably priced. If you are looking for modern..or elegance, this is not it. Simple. Safe lodging. The owners do not want to update, because they have a clientele which has been returning for years.
