Dirt everywhere

I realize by Oslo standards, this is a budget property, last 2012 at the tall one. Thought facilities ok, McDonald's adjacent. Staff seemed oddly distracted, odd since no one there except tour groups. Breakfast can only recommend eggs and beans 250k.

Unprofessional and rude staff

Staff were very unhelpful at the reception, we have booked a room with a double bed and were given a room with two single beds. The air con in the room was very noisy so they offered to change the room for us to another one with two single beds, however they did offer us an upgrade to a premium room at a discount which we took. No toothbrushes in the room either.

Nice hotel with transport links to Oslo in walking distance

There was no Hand soap or shampoo in the washroom . There was no water in the lobby area as a complimentary drink for waiting. Carpet was dirty . But a very spacious room. which was good for luggage’s and etc but service wise i was not happy at all .

Room service was a problem. Example - desk light burnt out. We asked six time to have it replaced - never happened. If you want explanations, please provide adequate space to respond. This questionnaire is poorly structured for providing a balanced response.

Very nice hotel about 20 minutes to Oslo using the metro

The stay was good in general, good reception, but was wxpecting slightly more for a radisson blu or maybe i am not aware of different standings, no water to drink or mini fridge,had to go down the reception to get "pure" tap water.

For a 4 star hotel, felt very average.

The aircon was very noicy and it was too hot at night. So I wish it was possible to trun down the heat and the aircon but that was not possible. Had to sleep with the window open. Luckily it was relatively quiet. I wish there was a minibar/ fridge. The bed was very comfortable, clean room. Had everything I needed for a few nights. Nice staff

Nice stay 10 min drive to heart of the city. Comfy beds and good pillows

Wonderful stay. Nice clean room super comfy bed and wonderful breakfast! Staff was super friendly and attentive!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing (we can’t stop telling everyone how much we enjoyed it) and so was the dinner at the restaurant!! Staff is very nice as well. One of the highlights of our trip to Norway.
