VERY basic accommodations. The beds are just above the quality of a camping cot. But it’s inexpensive and safe and in such a walkable area downtown that I’ll stay there again and again.

Not recommend it to the single female travelers. No sound insulation-you can clearly hear the noise/talking in the next room.

The beed is so small, even if I make the reservation for I queen size. And the room is was so durty.

The room was fine but the AC wasn't working to it's full potential, couldn't keep the room cold enough. Plus My key card stopped working 3 times during My stay.

Perfect location for downtown life in Palm Springs! I stay here while checking on my homes in PSP! The staff is amazing!

The parking fee is a bit … much. lol. Seems silly.

The staffs are wonderful. I had to leave my home to stay at the hotel for 1 night. The bathroom faucet or not shut off still dripping. I' already reported that to front desk.

The location of the property was great. It's a budget property and as such, you are going to get budget amenities. Customer services and the front desk staff were lovely! The hotel was convenient to where I needed to be. The room could use some refreshing and maintenance but for the price, it's what I expected. While it wouldn't be my first choice, I would definitely stay here again. For a first time, unless you frequent Motel 6's in general, I would come with a lower expectation so you're not disappointed.

The man at the front desk had a long line and also told us that he was fairly new. He did a good job. I extended my stay for one more day and was able to keep the same room. Pretty nice room overlooking the pool and mountains.

The first Motel 6 ever where you had to pay for parking. Should have been included in the price.

When I booked it with Expedia, the total said all fees and taxes included yet when I went to check in, they charged me $5.73 to park the car in a terrible lousy parking lot, no valet no covered parking no assigned parking a beat up old parking lot with potholes everywhere. So if my Expedia says all fees and taxes included, they should not be able to charge me a parking fee I have gone to this boat for years and never experience this before.

Staff was great, they had a room available for early check in. Unfortunately the toilet wasn't flushing properly and overflowed, so I reported to the front desk but maintenance didn't arrive for over 5 hours. So I decided to go back down to the office again, the housecleaner was a few units down and I asked if she could help. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful! Fixed the situation right away. So while the facility wasn't the greatest, the staff was excellent. Thank you for your help.
