Typically, this used to be an excellent hotel but wear and tear is making it to raise eyebrows. They started renovating and hope it will be back to the excellent condition in an year or so.,

Long wait for check in and check out. Just that the staff is slow, it wasn’t busy. Corridors are terrible, filthy floor carpet, cracking walls etc. Bathroom was not clean, no hot water. They didn’t send anyone after we made complaints. Bathroom has a glass window to the bedroom side, so lack of privacy and disturbs sleeping forests with lights from the bathroom.

Good spread for breakfast! Convenient location ! Staff are very polite and helpful.

I like to rate this as one of the best stays during my travel. Just very good staff

retaurants are good. room looks good, but the mattress looks old.

Reasonably goid

There was water leakage from AC in the room which woke me and my wife around 3.30 AM. Our night’s rest was disturbed.

Property is good in terms of service + Location+ value for money. The drawback is the check inn desk. Where unnecessary things r been asked like adhar card of all members and so on that too after a tired travel journey which seems to hell a lot of waiting when compared to other hotels. Infact they were searching for Expedia booking I'd even after online payment confirmation was available with them.

Excellent stay overall

The property is getting old and we can see wear and tear in the rest rooms. Hope they fix it soon. And the internet is very spotty. Wish the internet connection is better.

Good place to stay and quality food

A good stay in the hotel, the checkin was smooth and felt professional. A welcome juice and a garland to our surprise ( good gesture) Clean and friendly staff. We stayed for one night, just off the motorway and easy to spot. Proximity to the City and also felt safe inside the premises. Good beakfast and had a lot of choices for the ethic and the western palletes.

Rooms were ok but not up to par for the money. Room service horrible. Ordered coffee, but received two cups and no coffee. They had to go back and get it. The second day , ordered two coffees and receive two teas after half hour. By the time we tried to decide if it was tea or coffee that was served, we were fed up and just drank it. When told at checkout, the front desk said since we drank it, they can’t do anything about it. Irresponsible front desk and poor service.
