Everything was great!

Great place to stay and the restaurant/Bar fantastic food and I am a picky eater. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

There was a real problem at the Radisson with the handling of passports. I was part of a tour group and our passports were turned over en masse to the reception desk. We were told to pick them up later. One couple went to the desk to get their passports and were handed all 30 passports and told "to find their own." They could have taken other passports. When I went to the desk to get my passport, I was told, "It's not here." I screamed until they finally found my passport. Not acceptable. Do not trust this hotel with your passport.

The place is good. The location is not so well based from old town. The breakfast variety is was not so ofertant.

Breakfast and food were exceptional with very attentive staff who never forgot how I like my cappuccino. The restaurant on the 7th floor is superb with great, fusion-food menu and excellent choice of wine.

They ignored my repeated questions / help requests about going from the airport to the hotel. I asked a few times days before my arrival but not a word. The room was noisy, letting all the outside noise even when all the windows are shut.

Lovely clean spacious hotel, i got an upgrade which was great (vip raddison works!) Bathroom, rooms very clean Close to bus stops and walking distance to most places Concierge lovely polite allowed us to checkin early Would definitely stay there again Only annoying aspect was the heating which was centrally managed and when it was 23 C outside because it was autumn heating was turned on!!

Nice business hotel, recently renovated,lovely and helpful staff,decent size rooms, conveniently located just 15 min walk from golden circle, reasonably priced and they don't take this"fully refundable "strange deposit like the other hotels do.Room can be hot at times due to central heating system,but that's a minor thing.Id definitely come back and stay here again

Everything was perfect, clean, new beautiful. The staff were great, the decor and art was cool, the restaurant and breakfast buffet were incredible, and even the gym (albeit small) was excellent. 10/10 recommend.

This hotel is very convenient and exceptionally clean. The pricing is fair, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
