We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property.

I wish that this property had air conditioning because the spacious double bedroom was perfect for our family. It was very hot and humid at night though. The staff were excellent and the dinner we had in the restaurant was really tasty. Overall it was a really nice property with easy parking (a true luxury in Europe) but I would suggest picking a stay when temps aren't hitting 32 degrees celsius.

Clean and tidy. The room was great for a family of 4. Convenient for many things. We were going to use the public transit to get around town, but discovered Bolt for taxi was do cheap that we used that. Breakfast was very good, staff was outstanding, the only thing that could improve was the beds were a bit hard, so we didn't sleep well. Overall, it is easy to rank this 5/5.

Excellent. Quick and friendly check-in. Helpful front desk staff (was looking for a taxi or uber into the city center the next morning). Comfort/Condition as advertised and competitive for the price. Would stay again. Sorry I had to leave early and missed free breakfast in the morning.

Hotel is located close to krakow center ( you just need to get tram no. 20. The tram stop is about 4 min walk from the hotel and the trip is about 10-15mins to krakow center). The staff were very helpful, polite and spoke good english and they also operate a 24hr reception desk. Room had all the basics covered with plenty of power sockets. Breakfast was included with plenty of choice on offer. The very near surrounding area appeared clean and safe although I didn't venture too much around the wider area. On my floor they had a library that you could just use to sit and relax and look outside. Only issue was the TV. There didn't appear to be any English channels. WiFi was stable and fast.

Very helpful staff and a nice, clean room. I especially liked the unique areas such as the library. A bit far out of the centre, but very conveniently close to public transport, so not really a problem. The breakfast was nice and a good stay.

Stay was fine overall however hotel had no mechanism to control room temperature on hot days (I visited in July) resulting in some uncomfortable nights

Good 3 star hotel. Basic but clean.

Was just staying in Krackow over the busy May day weekend and all hotels were busy so we just booked this hotel last minute. Hotel is about 3km away from old centre of city but easy to get there by a direct tram 100m away from the hotel. We took a cab back as we late returning and it cost us 30zl. That was ok. Hotel is very nice and rooms small but very clean and breakfast was fine. We didnt realise that the hotel is adjoining a church and therefore the room had a cross on the wall and a bible on the desk and was 2 single beds. It was fine for us and reminded me of USA hotels with the Bible on the desk! Our stay was just overnight and was very comfortable and easy for us to park our car. Not sure if they do double beds but those who need should enquire on this before booking. overall it was a nice hotel for our 1 night overnight stay.

Great location, friendly pleople, very clean. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast good, but could be better taken care of. Refull of products is poorly compare to other hotels, so better don't arrive to late at breakfast ;).

Es muy tránquilo, y las habitaciones amplias. El único problema que tiene para mi es que está un poco alejado del centro.

Quarto com 2 camas individuais pequenas e colchão fino e pouco confortável. Pequeno almoço que para mim não tinha opções, o único pão que tinha era tipo Industrial, nada de croissants ou algo do género e sem torradeira.
