Dear Sir/Madam, Before booking your hotel, I called to ask specifically about parking. The lady I spoke with said there was parking just 2 minutes away but never mentioned it was off-site and paid. When I arrived, I was told the parking was not part of the hotel and had an extra cost. I called the same lady again, and she changed her statement, then refused to acknowledge what she had originally said. I explained that I had booked based on the claim of free parking, which also appeared on your website. When I asked to cancel due to this misinformation, I was told, “We don’t cancel. If you want to leave, you can go,” and no refund would be provided. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing. Check-in was also poor — we waited 20–25 minutes for a room key despite having a reservation. Once in the room, the door didn’t open due to a dead battery. A staff member used a MasterCard key to let us in. The same issue happened again later. The room itself was dirty, and the breakfast was very low quality. This experience was far below expectations and not as advertised. I feel misled and disappointed, and I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to future guests. Sincerely,

Location was great, across the road from Basmane, just on the roundabout. Room spotless, modern, breafast was very nice with lots of choices

It close to the bus company to give us to the otogar and go to pamukale directly.and it near the train.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The Jacuzzi tub was fabulous! Breakfast was a decent spread, but the first day we were there the eggs were not very warm. It was within very easy walking distance to the seafront and lots of restaurants! It also offered a tour package to Ephesus, but for the high price of €80/person, we decided to find our own way there. That saved us about $150! Overall, convenient, but not super special experience.

We intended to stay here 1 night before heading to Ephesus and Pamukkale, but due to a snowstorm in Istanbul our flight was delayed and we arrived early the next morning. Since we had already prepaid the porter allowed us to check-in and use the room for the morning and eat the breakfast there. He even extended our checkout time from 12 to 2pm but we didn't need it as we took the 11:20 train to Selcuk. This hotel is very close to the train station and easy to find which was perfect for what we needed. All facilities were clean and comfortable

Double room was perfect for 2 night stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was welcoming.

This is a unique hotel. The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and the facilities are modern. Kind of an unusual and modern concept for Turkey. Restaurant looked good but didn't stay late enough for breakfast due to an early flight. Good hotel for the price.

Great as always! We always stay here when we visit Izmir. First time to visit in winter, though, and we found the room to be cold. It would be nice if we could leave the heat on during the day while we're out.

Clean hotel, central location, pleasant staff, good breakfast.

The location is good and convenient for moving around. Food and amenities are available just next door. The only problem is that the lift is rather small.

We spent four nights at Walk in. The service was excellent and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was also excellent and all in all we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Clean, convenient with excellent service. Dinner only OK, but free breakfast was very good. Hotel valet parked our car overnight for no charge. Very nice comfortable room. Particularly suited for business travelers to town - quite a distance from airport.

Good for accessing Kornach at seaside, buses to major sites

Room was clean, wifi was fast, breakfast was good. All that for a super cheap price, can't get any better. Highly recommended.

The employees are very friendly and helpfull. The location was great; 2 minutes walk to the metro. And a nice park very close. The room could use more storage, like an extra closet or shelves on the wall.
