Such a fabulous little place! We had a clean and spacious room overlooking the chateau. Breakfast included, very nice. There is a little cafe where you can get coffee, or wine and beer in the evening. The owners were very kind and super helpful. Nice little gallette restaurant in the alley next door. We highly recommend this friendly and atmospheric hotel.

A delightful hotel with excellent service. Across the street from the château and the office of tourism, a short walk from the train station and close to everything on foot except parking. The staff brought our luggage up while we parked our car, gave good recommendations regarding restaurants and even had a gluten free breakfast option! Our dog really appreciated the blanket. Highly recommend!

This is not a typical hotel for us, but we needed to be within walking distance of the centre and wanted air-conditioning. Not easy in Angers. The hotel ticks both boxes, but the best thing about this hotel is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the warm welcome from the fabulous Sammy, to the delightful Pierre Louis and Christophe. We had a premium room for 3, castle facing for just two of us. Was just right. Angers is fantastic, stay here.

We are a family of five and had two rooms. Both were clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome, they helped us make sure things we wanted to see were open (it is the offseason so less tourists but some things aren’t open) and were very friendly. Breakfast was great. The location is ideal because it is within walking distance to everything. We walked from the train station, walked back to the train station the next day to rent a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, the fortress is right there and so is the old town medieval section. Really enjoyed our stay there!

I really felt welcome in Angers because of the warm hospitality from the hotel staff (samy). The rooms are very nice and also the hotelbar/ petite dejeuner. If you are in Angers I would really recommend this hotel.
