Brilliant stay

Check in took 20 mins then lost my payment!! Spa no towels rubbish around ! Evening meal menu disappointing! Restaurant very hot Disappointing visit

Everything c was excellent apart from air con not working. Only there 1 night so didn’t raise with hotel other than mentioned at check out. Would recommend staying.

Really enjoyed our stay, from start to finish everything was great, lady on the reception was friendly, the spa staff were friendly, great room, great bar and great food. I would definitely return

Hotel was clean, rooms attractive, food excellent. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is it is very close to a football ground that has two days of rugby games on the Saturday and Sunday we were there, which resulted in some road closures around the hotel made parking slightly difficult - had we known about this when booking, we may well have booked somewhere different.

Every time we stay here, we are always delighted with how nice it is! I genuinely couldn’t fault it in anyway at all, which is why we keep coming back! The rooms are perfect, staff always so polite and helpful and the spa, food and drink are amazing!

Immense room! Felt very luxurious as do the super wide corridors. It was spotless and comfortable. Staff amazing. Would have liked a bit of mood lighting in the bathroom so my soak in the tub could be more relaxing, but that’s a minor point :) Also there was an uncollected room service tray outside our door when we arrived at our room, which I guess could have been put there by another guest. Gutted I didn’t bring my swimmers to use the pool!

Overall a good clean room. Few missed corners that the vacuum cleaner didn't get. We

Due to a functiom at the hotel and then other guests we got no sleep on the first night. The hotel moved us rooms for the second night but our night's sleep was disturbed again by a fire alarm around 3am.

Spent one evening there while visiting Liverpool. A bit out of the way, but a lovely large room on the old docks. The problem was that prior to 8am, construction on the restaurant below began. Jackhammers, drilling, hammering, you name it. Why would they give you that room without a warning?? I mentioned it to the desk upon checking out and was told to have a nice day. Not what I expect at these prices.

The hotel was well-maintained, with spotless rooms and a welcoming ambiance. It featured ample parking facilities close to the entrance, making access convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options, and the beds were comfortably plush, ensuring a restful stay.

The atmosphere and relative value for a 4 star hotel make this worth the stay. The carpet in my room had stains, including a fairly large one, which took away from the otherwise clean and spacious room. The hotel is a little out of the city center, so it is difficult without a car.

Very enjoyable stay. Fantastic room, very large and comfortable. My only thing negative was that the AC didn't go cold enough for us, but we do like a cool room to sleep in, so that is personal preference. It went to 19 degrees, but seemed to struggle to do that, so not convinced it actually did. But we still slept and the bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel this was our third stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Staff fantastic, spa wonderful, rooms great- lovely touches in the bathroom and bed really comfortable. Absolutely superb stay from start to finish. Breakfast also one of the best I’ve had in a uk hotel!

Fabulous large room, very clean, beautiful building, great location. Easy check-in, very welcoming staff. Breakfast very good, good selection. Will definitely be returning.

A great building let down by the very dark corridors and unhelpful restaurant staff.
