Overall, good in the part of the room, clean, cool air, clean bathroom with hot water. But the entrance to the building, although it looks scary There will be people who stand to sell tours or taxis. It was a fine stay and very good location; however, I would say it's not recommended for first timers/ for those who aren't comfortable to be with other nationalities since you may feel uneasy because of the crowd and space. If you want a bigger room and more privacy, you may get an instant upgrade (subject to availability) in the hostel.

pictures are not the same in actual. I booked Ashoka hostel but they gave us Singaporean Hostel

Very different from the photos, the toilet was blocked, it was enough to stay here.

Although the room was quite small, the room was still nice. Tall Americans or Europeans past 6 feet would have problem sleeping in the beds here. Hot water is extremely hot so control it accordingly. The staff is nice enough and they go in the room during the day to clean your place. Happy to say, no items was stolen out of our bags. A lot of different types of people from different country actually stays in this hotel not for the lavish accommodation but the practicality and proximity to the city. I would recommend it.

Very accommodating. Everyone is nice and friendly.

There were insects in the blankets and bedspreads. The family rooms are not as expected. AC is not there, but there is only exhaust. Very strategic location, close to MTR station, bus stop, bus to airport, shopping center, close to tourist attractions.

Pros: Daily room cleaning friendly staff. Safe (door is opened by card). Hot and cold shower. Adapter available. Cons: 1 free of charge towel; not changed changed daily as you have to pay if you want to use another one. No indoor slippers (the floor is super cold). No warm water for the sink. No bidet. Blanket is warm but has bed bugs. No staff is available for assistance (room is on the 6th floor, reception on the 16th.
