We loved every second. The room was small, simple and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is amazing and convenient to the metro. We will definitely be back!

The hotel and staff were all very nice, and is easy to get to right by the station at the end of the metro line 4.

Nice and clean hotel, within easy reach of gare du nord, but area wasn’t the nicest.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it is great for the price paid. It is literally 10 seconds walk from a local grocery store and the M4 line which is super convenient to go to places. The only thing is the area is a bit sketch, but the hotel itself is great.

My second time staying here, I really like it. Close to GDN station, walking distance to Monmarte and metro station very close. Service always friendly and helpful. Good value and reliable.

Not a great area (wouldn't recommend if you want to be really near nice bars and restaurants) but hotel was metres from both a Metro and tram stop and was ideal for a spacious (303 - biggest room on the 3rd floor) room for a few days. We were right next to the lift and didn't even hear it until the 3rd day. Air conditioning was questionable but could have the window open and the street noise was barely audible

The hotel was nicely located right outside of the metro station. The staff was nice and condition of the hotel was good. However, there was a slight smell next to the bed and stains on the sofa. Overall would recommend.

We are a couple in our 60s, travelling as tourists. We appreciated room cleanliness, quiet and the receptionnist's competence in securing reservations.

Close to transit The room has a tiny window looking over a small courtyard, I guess too small couldn't figure out what it is. When I came back after checking in the room smelled like there was a sewer backup not a strong smell but not pleasant

We had a great stay at Kyriad, with two separate rooms which both met our expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a good price and variety of options. Had no issues whatsoever, can only thank the staff for their kind and considerate service.

We had a good 3 night stay. Clean, big bathroom, close to metro, exellent breakfast. Nothing really to complain

The location of the hotel wasn’t good because u feel unsafe a little bit But it’s so closed to metro Bathroom sink was broken And the breakfast is good but was too limited

The room was very quiet, but needs some maintenance, 2 walls holes that never repaired, the small sofa cover was full of stains and some light problems. Was very close to the metro station, the neighborhood is not so good.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I encountered no issues. The location was perfect for where I needed to be in Paris. I’m looking forward to staying here again on my next visit.

We were unsure about the hotel & area before arriving as some of the recent reviews were quite critical of both. It was just me & my 14yr old son and we found the hotel exceeded our expectations and perfect location for metro. The area is not plush but we felt safe and had no issues walking at night. Staff at hotel friendly & helpful and hotel pretty quiet at night

I read a few reviews after booking that made me slightly nervous about our stay, but I have to say for the price, the stay was excellent. Front of house was very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable - we only had a one night stay, but room was more than adequate. Location for us was fine - we like to walk everywhere - so it's about a 50 min walk to Notre Dame (fine for us) and even quicker on the metro which is minutes from the hotel. It's also very close to the flea market which was great.

The hotel was quiet and well presented, however the area was very busy and congested. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.
