Room and service were very nice. Location was very convenient for going to the stadium and exploring downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recharging the Nespresso pods made me fall in love.

What a lovely Hotel! Great Location. Staff were so, so helpful and always cheerful. Rooms were clean and spacious. We arrived early and so were very relieved to find that one of the two rooms was ready and we could put all our luggage straight into that room. We were advised by text when the second room was ready. Free water in the lobby and a slushie machine! Very welcome in the heat. We also left luggage on the day we left, so helpful. Taxis were arranged for us on an evening out and to the airport when we left. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Would certainly return to this hotel when next visiting Vancouver.

Beautiful hote with nice location and professional staff.

The front desk and valet staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the personalized welcome note with two candies, as well as the complimentary diffuser provided in the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable; however, there was an issue with the shower knob, which required us to move to another room. One thing we were not aware of beforehand is that the hotel is also shared with residential units, which was a little surprising but didn’t change the fact that we had a good stay.

Everything was amazing. The proximity to BC Place was a big bonus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the diffuser in the room was a nice touch. We loved the slushy and cucumber water in the entrance after long walks. We will be back

This hotel was a real gem. The room was clean and well stocked and just felt enjoyable. I loved the gym and pool.

I was upgraded to a loft room, which was very spacious. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Great hotel, great location would stay again

We came for World Cup Game and location couldn’t be better! Hotel, room, breakfast and service were all excellent. Stayed here many years ago and nice too see all is still good!

We loved the bikes

First trip to Vancouver, opted for the Hotel Blu due to its aesthetics, its location and amenities. Upon arrival, the staff was professional, courteous and responsive. The hotel's dining, for breakfast, was superb with a variety of menu choices. Its location allowed us, by foot, to eat at nice, upscale eateries. The room itself was spacious, clean and well maintained, as well at the entire property. A bonus, a city tour we took actually picked us up at the hotel's lobby. My only negative, the sound proofing between rooms needs improvement, but, overall, thoroughly enjoyed our visit and loved the ambiance the hotel offered via its style, boutique appeal and staff.

Would recommend.
