We were misled by the photos of the property that included all of the units. Instead of a king with a Tub, we found ourselves with a queen with a shower. The window coverings were broken, and the unit smelled like a cheap apartment. It was relatively clean and we did stay there.

We had a fantastic stay! The double-storey villa was perfect for our family, giving the kids their own space upstairs while the adults could relax downstairs—which everyone loved. The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only improvement we'd suggest is adding an oven, which would make the accommodation even more convenient for longer stays.

Great location on the Main Street straight across from the inlet. Everything at your convenience and just minutes away from the 12 Apostles.

Excellent location and lovely view! The flat was roomy and comfortable! I would have reported Excellent ratings, but the internet was poor and dropped out continuously. I rely on the wifi to book accommodations, etc on our 6week trip. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Stay was okay good location but no view balcony overlooked car park. The unit was in need of upgrade car parking was a challenge in small space. I think we could have found better for price

The location was fantastic, right on the beach. It had wonderful access to The Great Ocean Road hot spots and several lovely restaurants nearby.

Small town not many shops.

Great. Nothing to fault. The proximity to beach is unbeatable.

They double booked the room. We had a couple from Germany bang on our door and told us it’s their room. Apparently we both were given the same room and same code. Tv remote didn’t work. We had to park in the street. No stove to cook food. And no black out blinds.

Spacious room - clean and well maintained. Laundry available on premises. Some rooms don’t have a view so select carefully if you want a seaside room.

It was a great stay. The property overlooks the bay and you just walk across the street to get to the beach

Clean, comfortable studio apartment.

The staff was lovely and the apartment (kitchen and eating area on balcony especially) was perfect for the two of us. The only disappointment was we were not game to use the spa bath as the outlet was badly mould affected (seemed to have completely infiltrated under the corking so would be difficult for cleaners to clean).

Cozy and clean villa.. However, there were a blackout situation from 6:30 pm to 1 am next day. We did not enjoy our day properly at all. I want to know whether there is a possibility to get a half refund…

The bedroom window on the carpark, so dark all the time as it was closed. Overall okay.
