Excellent personnel

We stayed at this hotel 3 times using it as a base whilst travelling around Brazil. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and they had a spa; sauna & fitness centre (which we unfortunately didn’t go to). They were really lovely and upgraded us on our last visit. We plan to stay here when we come back in the future

Loved breakfast buffet where you can get eggs or tapioca made to order. Breakfast staff was super friendly. The rooms could use new paint, grout, and features, but had a large comfortable bed, hot shower, desk/ample counterspace.

The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. The breakfast was great and varied. The location was great within the Savassi neighborhood and it allowed us to walk to many restaurants, bars and stores in the area.

When cleaning the bathroom floor a lot of water gets to the wood trim of the door. Everything needs to be replaced.

Older a/c units that make a lot of noise. You can hear the next room. First room we got made us have an extreme respiratory allergic reaction. Not worth the stay. Very disappointed.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Very friendly and polite staff. Food at the restaurant was very good, and I thought prices were fair. Room is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, and shower head was the best I ever had in a hotel. Definitely recommend and I will stay here again when returning to Belo Horizonte.

Stayed here for the Exposibram 2022. Hotel is comfortable, clean and in a great area - Savassi. Staff speak English, have a well equipped gym, steamroom and sauna as well as spa on site. Only complaint is that the room wasn’t as sound proof as required and the street was noisy from time to time.

Liked everything about it. Staff was ultra friendly, specially at the restaurant. Food was great. The thing I like the most is that the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood and in a street with little traffic. Great place.
